HTC Desire - best deals I've found

My T-Mobile order with buymobilephones I thought was moving forward today after chasing it again. Got an initial email stating more stock today or tomorrow and my order placed on 18/6 shout be despatched from that delivery. Half an hour later got another stating T-Mobile had got back to them stating no idea when the delivery would be sent :mad:

Placed order on 28th june & recieved e-mail following day to
say i had passed credit check & await delivery e-mail.
Nothing for 1 week & rang today & told out of stock &
no idea when they are recieving any :shocked:

I'd placed my first order at the start of June with Beepy, but by 18th June had realised they had no ETA so cancelled and went with buymobilephones - no more joy with them but at least they give semi-regular updates...

Has anybody received there HTC Desire from Buymobilephones.net who ordered on or after the 18th of June.
I ordered mine on the 18th so would be interesting to see I then could have a moan at them.

i cant understand why you people are waiting for the desire.

i have two desire phones and i like it. but if i was buying today i would have a serious look at the samsung galaxy s and might have probably bought it instead. this wasnt available when i bought the desire 2m ago. am still happy with the desire though.

you can get the galaxy s for about 25£ a month on 2y contract with free phone and the specs are definitely better in most aspects. see for a detailed review http://www.electricpig.co.uk/samsungsmartphone/galaxys look at all the links on this link. and see videos on youtube as well. you can get it cheaper and this phone is in stock too.

lol i think i have to send my desire back to buymobilephonesnet i think its faulty first day charged it 36 hours battery with everything on, next charge turned everything off only lasted 24 hours and third time only 15 hours........... i have only had this t mobile upgrade phone since saturday!

recieved mine today, ordered yesterday from mobile phones direct. just called 150 to choose my booster and was told I did not get the 3gb fup plus booster. but for 25pcm 18 month contract free phone, 300 mins 300 txts 1gb net am happy enough.

So did they say why you couldn't have the 3GB booster - it clearly states on t-mobiles terms & conditions that Android phones do get it ?

Did you argue the point with them ?

I don't see they can dodge giving you 3GB - I'd phone again and insist they tell you why they aren't honouring there terms, and then ask them to put the reason(s) in writing.

Thats htc desires, try to make sure you turn off all your apps after you've used them or download App killer from the android shop....:D
