I hope you are feeling better this morning. I guess it is quite difficult to gauge how much exercise you can manage.2019 fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons0

Feel better soon!

I swam a couple of lengths of the KID's pool so didn't actually swim much. I did go under the hydrotherapy jets in the hydro pool to kind of massage my back and arms - wonder if I over did it there. And the rest of the time was trying to move legs in water up and down to get some fitness in them while not really moving my arms.
I think the table in pizza hut was the wrong height to try and rest my arm on and that didn't help...
Went to church today so at least I got out and was talking to people which is good. DD got invited out to play so she had a fab day with little effort from us which was perfect timing as I got 4 hours work done. I owed them the time to be fair but also had a major deadline that ideally I would have met Friday afternoon but it just wasn't possible. They needed the stuff for monday am so at least this way it will get there.
Need to do my best to rest my arm tonight tho - but have cooked dinner, tea and done loads of washing. I did get OH to chop the veg and do them tho. I've just lit one of those colour changing candles to help me relax but not quite finished the washing yet.
My diet is still going well
Had mixed fruit for breakfast - grapes, raspberries, strawberries and chunks of mango
Ham omelette for dinner
Half a plain mcflurry with strawberries for snack
Roast beef dinner using sweet potatos as roastie for tea
Yummy - and some naughty galaxy snook in here and there LOLAchieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

On my lunch break. Feel really down today and snacky - very pre-TOTM symptoms - which is so frustrating as I shouldn't be having a TOTM and the medication I am on is supposed to stop all that! I am looking for some good news healthwise and struggling to find any! Today's work day is about half way over - that is the only good news on that score too! Please God I need some good stuff to happen!Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

have you tried evening primrose oil? it's meant to be good for TOTM .. sorry to hear your having a down day ... they happen but they are a pain when they do ... fingers crossed tomorrow is better for you ... maybe take a wee five mins just to do some deep breathing excercises to calm you down a wee bit?0

It may take a while for the medication to kick in, how long did they tell you it would be before it settled down? It may take a month or two to regulate.
At least you have got out a bit and socialised, just try and find some quiet time, even if it is only 5 minutes in the bath.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

hi jellie el and gill
Thanks - managed to push thro and now don't owe any time to work which is good. I think something I ate disagreed with me and that wasn't helping.
Going to take some tramadol shortly but resisted til now as it makes me sleepy / groggy
DS and OH are slowly coming around to healthy eating... I have lost almost 2 inches around my middle already so that has really got them interested - plus at the moment are kitchen is a sea of fruit! They can't escape the stuff and the fridge is full of yoghurts LOL! I've even got them drinking an actimel equivalent LOL.
DS is campaigning to go to an Alton Towers concert in the summer and tbh that quite appeal so going to see how much it would cost for all of us to stay overnight - DD and OH do the Splash landings bit and me and DS go to the concert.... Want to see if there is any cashback thro quidco or anywhere before I do tho and the site is down at the mo....
We were planning a summer holiday abroad - but not sure with me potentially having an op around then whether we will still be able to go or not... Not booked anything yet so I suppose it is still possible... If we don't end up doing it - at least going to Alton Towers would help compensate a bit...Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Well let's hope for a better day today. Lost a couple of pounds over night which is helpful - now just need to keep them off ready for official weigh in day tomorrow. Tempted to weigh in early LOL just in case weight creeps back today! I wont tho as it would just make next week's target harder!
Hoping to weight a stone and half less by than I was last week - by my birthday in May. That would be a very nice birthday present! I would need a new wardrobe I reckon for a start! I do have some size 16 clothes patiently waiting for me to shrink so I wouldn't need to buy everything from scratch! It will be interesting to see if I have to up my calorie intake if I start to go back to the gym.... Not there yet tho.
Diet plan for today - each meal approx 440 calories
Breakfast: Porridge followed by yoghurt and possibly a piece of fruit (need vit c to take iron tablet with)
Lunch: Mixed fruit bowl - grapes, strawberries, mango, kiwi - poss bit of pineapple if preparing to get hands sticky LOL followed by yoghurt
Tea: Persian chicken and rice
Snack
I have to drive a little further this morning so hoping that doesn't cause too much pain. Well need to get off now, finish getting ready and get off to my meeting! Have a good day all.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
