I was heading off to the gym but have ended up waiting for the plumber to ring back AAARRRRRGGGHHHH - central heating boiler dripping where it has NO right to!! - I AM going to rejoin though no matter how much the heating repair costs. Just waiting for the man to call round then off I will plod.
MilannJanuary spends - £587.580 -
Good luck Milann with the gym... hope your heating repair isn't too much either...

Went to the gym really shocked at how unfit i am compared to last time...
Could barely manage 5 minutes even at level 1 on the cross trainer - ended up on the treadmill for about 20-25 minutes.... walking at speeds between 2.4-3.6 with zero incline!!
Oh well it is start! I did 1.2 miles earlier on the school run...
Induction tomorrow - didn't dare do weights or anything more complicated until after that...Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Hi Tirl thanks for the encouragement!
Just need to go regularly and things should improve.... OH couldn't believe me on holiday as I was really breathless too easily and kept having to tell him to slow down etc....
My week off is nearly over!! shouldn't be allowed lol! I still have loads to do.... now if only I could motivate myself!
I had one bit of good news yesterday - a card I thought we might have had a late fee on - I must have paid in the nick of time - faster payments at B must really work!! That's my target card for the next couple of months anyway...Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

hi guys - my updated tada list
- Put other half of quilt in the wash
- Been for my gym induction and health check
- Guy seemed a bit shocked at my low fitness level - he wants to build up my stamina and get my breathing right before I "even" start level 1:eek:
- He has given me a 4 week plan - but wants me to come at least 4 days a week - he wants me to exercise more days than I don't:eek:
- He wants me to do 5 minutes bursts on the treadmill, rower and cross trainer x 3 with a breather in between!!:o
- He thinks only cardio will shift my weight and build my stamina and doesn't even count swimming into the equation as he says it burns too few calories!! (That will be why I feel more at home in the pool then :rotfl:)
- I did one circuit today and went home - had to sort out some new key fobs as our cards don't scan and bought DD a woggle to help her with her swimming
- Drove home
- Just walked 1.2 miles picking DD up from school and coming back again:j
- Hung quilt out to dry
- Got DS to bring chairs in out the car (from yesterday):o

Really liking the TADA list idea, takes the pressure off a bit if you put down what you have done, rather than what you intend to do, and so you don't feel disheartened for not doing it.
Someone, maybe cherisong, said they find themselves doing things just so they can put them on the list :TDebts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0
