I feel the same, but the problem is that if you only ever look to the bits you 'haven't done', and never acknowledge your achievements, you end up stressed and never satisfied (I'm really good at that! ;)).

Gosh, I've seen you on so many threads administering sage advice to others and yet never before stumbled across this. Have subscribed so I can lurk on a regular basis in future :D

Have been reading backwards and am very impressed, glad you had a fabulous holiday (from what I've been reading you deserve it) and am sending all the positive vibes I can your way regarding the job.

My tada list so far today
    • Got up
    • Ate naughty hobnobs for breakfast - they seemed to survive their toilet gel shower after all!:money:
    • Got ready for gym and took DD and DS to gym for their induction. Got there 15 minutes late!!
    • Watched kids be inducted for 30 minutes then took DD into small pool for 1.5 hours.
    • DS did proper stuff in the gym for an hour before joining us in the pool. He looked after DD while I then did proper swimming (in the same pool) for 30 minutes. He stayed in for 20 minutes after we got out and was still out and dressed before us!
    • Showered, changed etc
    • Heated up spag bol tin 92p for DD, spag and saus tin 92p for DS and made myself a gorgeous salmon (half tin so approx 80p) and jacket potato salad with lettuce, tomato, spring onion and carrot (approx £1) - so each of us fed for around £3.64! Not bad....:money:
    • Hung a load of washing out and put some in drier - put gym stuff in wash
    • Read diaries for a bit....
    • Had a kip for an hour
    • Now drying gym stuff part on line, part in drier
    • Packed dishwasher - got DD to collect all crockery from every part of house! :eek:Switched it on
    • Now labelling school uniform! Oh the fun life I lead... :rotfl:
    • DD now out playing with friend, while DS plays on his computer - proud of how hard he worked in the gym tho..

SH - I am so pleased you have joined the gym - I have been agonising over it all holiday had virtually decided last night I would re-join then changed my mind this morning. Soooo....if I re-joinn will you kick me HARD if I look like I'm wasting my subscription and I'll return the favour if need be.

My brain has had 5 weeks off and I've been trying to work out what TADA stands for.....help a girl out here LOL. I'm guessing it's not just 'drumroll .....tadaaaaaa' as in I've done it??????????????

Love the lists anyway whatever they stand for.
