    slept well again last night despite now being on half the tablets for sleep I was just 2 weeks ago - great news

    Today I tidied my study for an hour and then OH and I ate lunch here to save money before going to a national trust property an hour or so away. We went on a 3 mile walk around the grounds. We had a drink and a snack while we were there and did lots of talking on our way round as well as on the journey. Really enjoyed walking outside in the cold fresh air - without the kids LOL

    We're planning a tea at home tonight - perhaps watch a dvd together but are just having a bit of a quiet relax before that!

    I've restarted using calorie count which is a free website so I can work out the nutritional value of what I am eating and record my activity level. Let's hope its suitably motivating!

    Hi Lucielle

    I have already paid for webhosting for the year and already paid for 2 years of web domain ownership so sorted on that bit for now. I am using wordpress to do a blog with some site pages. I know how to do the basics and add pictures and stuff. My dilemma is if I want to automate more - I will need to pay monthly fees - that I is hard to afford due to lack of clients - but I may not get clients without making it more automated as have limited time to give to it given that I already work full time and have a family. I think I want to write more content and finish preparing for my first workshop first before increasing my cost base

    Just found a PTLLS course that is in a good price range. Can have free accommodation night before with relatives which should make it less tiring that's in better commuting distance from the course.... and will also help reduce some of the costs.... Sent an email to boss requesting time off. Should be okay. I have to go 6 times over roughly a 2 month period so that should allow me some time to integrate my learning and do assignments between sessions which is probably easier than a block of 4 days which I was also previously looking at...

    Will look good on my CV. I need to do things besides look after my kids this next week
    * order a duplicate of my post grad certificate as I don't have it
    * organise a car service
    * try and get a better energy deal...
    * agree venue, date and invitation for first workshop
    * continue to prepare workshop outline
    * invite some additional facilitators

    OH and I were talking about my business among other things today. He has agreed to go on a 2 day free coaching course which I think may help him talk the lingo and would make it easier for me to use him as a guest facilitator.... I've made him IT director in my company and given him 1 of our 3 shares so may as well make him earn his £1 LOL

    OH and I watched iron man 2 together earlier - but I found it annoying!! LOL The film that is not OH.... so we are currently back in different rooms LOL....

    Hi guys well we walked 2.5 miles yesterday and went to an Indian restaurant for a meal which was good - in MSE style - took leftovers home!

    Today picked up the kids. They had a rubbish meal at McDs yesterday - and were offered a free replacement meal - sent them in to get it today - and they said "no drinks". So I went back with complaint - and not only got the drinks but got them a free desert each too. I was a true hero in my kids eyes LOL.

    We went to a different NT property today and learned some history and did about 2 hours of walking!

    Am trying to log what I eat but the number isn't great!! Just hoping that the exercise offsets it LOL. On that note may do a bit more work on decluttering my study as that does at least count as exercise and obviously also improves the look! MatrixGirl was told to create an area for her business as one of the first steps - so trying to implement that by clearing out my junk room! But it was full to the brim so not an easy job!

    Food diary pretty bad for today. However did go to the gym and did cardio, and weight training and then swimming with the kids. Did the M&S meal for 2 deal for OH

    Read a book today

    Have booked in my service - but all the other things on my to do list still waiting for me - although decluttering of my study going well. Thinking of putting the mattress from the bed under DS's day bed and putting the mattress base in the garage. Thinking of getting rid of the dressing table style desk I have in there and putting my old desk with glass top back in there... Will then ultimately need a new office chair too.... May look at a charity shop for that.... Perhaps at the same time we drop off the current dressing table!!

    Hi guys - well I cleared and hoovered the floor space of my study last night - now just the tops of the desk and the bed to go LOL!

    DS said he was going to his mates - so I took DD out to an adventure playscape - it was fab. She apparently had a fear of heights - and largely conquered it by the time she'd come down the fireman's pole for the 8th time and done a mini assault course 3 times. She had a ball and was really proud of herself and I took loads of video of her. DS had a really boring time - his friend stood him up - and he wished he'd come. I'm glad he didn't tho as it would have been a competition between the two of them which with a 6 year age gap almost is hardly fair

    Watched unbreakable DVD tonight - never watched the ending before - it did make sense in a disturbing way.

    Well yesterday I wrote a blog for my website, then went into town with DD - went to costa with her which made her happy. Then went to legs, bums and tums class did much better than last week. Did some more work sorting out my study. I am trying to create a workroom for my business. I am also doing a card making workshop for friends next week so am trying to find and get my stuff together for that too. Still not tackled hardly anything on the to do list for the week but there we go.

    Taking DS to an art exhibition to meet a live artist tomorrow so that should be interesting!

    Off to the gym now. May also go swimming with DD while we are there

    Got GP appointment later too. DS is going to cinema with OH later - I've set him the task of sorting out his room today - and told him to put a load of washing on to get rid of the smell LOL

    Hi guys - well art exhibition was nice. DS was grateful - went and got him oil paints, pallette, brushes and canvas boards after. Hopefully it will inspire him.

    GP visit last night went fine - she was very supportive.

    OH took DD to cinema and pizza place today so she had a lovely day too

    Hi guys - having an okay week although not been sleeping as well. I have however been doing lots of exercise - which although it is not resulting in much weight loss is seeing my fat percentage drop (we have special scales) so that is helping me stay positive.

    Kids are doing OK - but I need to pay £110 for 2 trips this week and ideally put down a deposit of £25 for each of them for a week away in June. The demands for money never stop do they!

    I am trying to put aside an extra £400 towards paying off the car a month - but so far its just put us into overdraft to the same amount.... Must do better LOL

    Had a full on day today - worked had lunch with workmate - went to a self-development course - and then taught a group of women how to do card-making! Exhausted now! Luckily our cleaner came today so at least came home and it is clean and tidy!
