    Morning SH

when I read the first few lines I thought "oh no" but then it all turned so positive, you sound really energised. Its amazing what some sunshine and a change of scenery can do. The difference it makes if you know that the children are happy, that you don't have to rush around taking them places; and that you and OH had some free time too.

    Keep on going.

Hi tirl, BZ and Gill - yeah feeling loads better - despite 2 days in work. They had covered my role a little while I was off which helped loads. I got paid to help people again today which is always a nice feeling.

Got home and had to chuck stuff out of the freezer into oven despite DS and OH having been home over an hour - so definitely know I'm back. But feel amazing knowing my arm isn't hurting. Hoping to go to the gym later.

Didn't manage to get to the gym unfortunately. Took DD to emergency doctor's today - on top of everything else she has impetigo bless her and is in agony. Not had an easy return - we are at Alton Towers Live tomorrow (me and DS) leaving OH and DD at home to pizza and cinema probably by taxi! Then will need to take her back to MIL's first thing Monday!!

Hi Tirl - it would help if I spelt it right probably!! Thanks for your interest

Impetigo - lots of open sores that hopefully scab over and start to heal

Alton Towers Live - me and DS are going to see JLS, The Saturdays, Eliza Doolittle and McFly

Woohoo. I'm sure that we will get plenty of exercise there - it is quite a big site! Still need to buy DS some shoes and drop DD and OH at cinema!

DS threw up last night - but thinks it may be due to eating too much! Regardless we are going anyway!!

Oh, poor DD, hope she's on the mend.

I think concerts are one of the best places for exercise - lots of dancing around! When are you going?

Hi Tirl - yeah the concert was good - well JLS and Eliza Dolittle were anyway. We went Sunday. I found both of us on the group photo so was really pleased with that!!

Managed to get DS some £14 converse style shoes on the way and happened to buy myself some nice black peep toe ones with bling for £16 (Brantanos). So was chuffed with that. All my high heels need reheeling and you get to the point when you look at them and think are they worth it!?! Once we were there is got really cold - and I ended up buying a jumper - only to take it off once I'd forced my way thro the crowd to nearer the front!

Need to pay car tax on my car and road tax on OH's bike this month!! Car needs MOT and service asap and really need to get EGR valve fixed too. Ringing around for quotes at the moment.

My Operation is coming up fast - and I am having some counselling sessions before that starting very shortly. I think coming off cocodomol and tramadol has really helped me tho - as I have more focus and clarity of thought - so can read normal books again. The hot flushes seem to have stopped. I feel every creak and pain in my body tho - and my arm has been whinging at the driving, being waved around at the concert and subsequent typing at work etc - but not enough to need painkillers which is good.

Had to take half a day's flexi-leave to take DD to MILs yesterday as got up too late to take her before work.... but then I am still on sleeping tablets!

Let's hope the week gets better. I really need lots of good things to happen!
