Yes Joe. I apoligise for the confusion.
It is unfair to MarkE to leave my remarks on site as he can't answer for TPlus's actions.
Its all good and well for me to keep grumbling about TPlus but more appropiate to contact OFGEM and make a formal complaint.
To save other customers time if they would like to contact me privately via the site I would be happy to forward your comments. Please don't give any personal details ie: Addresses or Telephone numbers as it is never safe to hand these over to anyone on these sites, unless its the Boss of course.Rememember. I have tried to refrain from having a knock at Telecom Plus dispite this fact, yesterday TPlus have told me that British Gas won't release my Electricity too them as they have a signed contract from me. Remember MarkE posting this regarding British Gas http://money.guardian.co.uk/utilities/story/0,11992,1100990,00.html , tut tut !
British Gas told me that they don't and I hav'nt been with them for over a year. So what are TPlus's motives, why are they saying this, as its TPlus which were taking payments from my bank and sending me bills.
Today TPlus have told me that due to the fact that I have cancelled my DD with them I will no longer receive 80% off my phone calls, once again very strange as I don't have and never signed a contract with TPlus for this service. Now they are saying if I don't reinstate the DD's they will charge me a further 10% for administration.
Acting upon the advice certain reps gave to me regarding this company it has appeared that I joined the worsed company I have ever had to deal with. I am not wasting my time and money calling them. What are they playing at ?

hello sorry for my bad english (i'm french),
i have been !!!!!! by T+, with their !!!!!! "go plus fast" (broadband connection), to subscribe for the fast connection you have to subscibe first for a 56k connection and they tell you it's 1p per minute but it's not, there's a lot of hidden fees, and i paid 126 Pounds for a !!!!!! basic connection i didn't want (for less than a month, without going too often on the net).Then they say you'll receive your fast connnection 10 or 15 days after your registration, but i've wait more than a month!).and know i received my first adsl bill and surprised it's not 25 Pounds as they said but 60! because you are paying for a month in advance and there is another fee so it's 30 per month.So plz don't subscribe for a broadband connection with these scam people, it's the only thing i can do but if we are solidary we could prevent people to go there and they'll be bankrupt.
And the reason i decided to subscribe for this adsl connection, was because i saw a good advise in a forum, but know i'm sure, people who are advising this scam are just working for them.As they say they are not spending money in marketting or advertising that's why they can provide this wonderful opportunity, but they go on each forum able to give them a good ad for nothing.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. sorry about that i won't do it again, i'm just a studient who wanted to have an internet connection during the few months i was spending in UK and the first job i found was a scam i lost 300 pounds, and now i must pay 196 pounds to this T+ (i give up to swear you see) for a 512Kbps connection and in france i pay just 60 pounds for 3 months for a 2048Kbps connection.I was here to make money to pay my studies in france but i think it will be really hard for me to do it now...
so plz excuse me again but i was just angry.

Whilst I am here. Further to my earlier posting 27/5.
TPlus made accusations towards British Gas saying that BG would not release me as I had signed a contract with them.
The plot thickens and I hope your reading TP reps as the evidence of TPlus's incompetence is building. May be TPlus had a hand in giving false info about the companies listed on the link below.

I spoke to Virgin Energy (who use London Electric )today as I found out they hold my Gas account and have no record of TPlus ever contacting them for transfer. The only company of which has contacted them this week is Southern Electric whom have applied to take back both services with my permission.Rememember. Could they have tried that sort of thing on here?
Here are a couple of attempts from the same author (before he came clean):I used Orange pay-as-you-go and it cost me a fortune (£80 one busy month, mainly off-peak too). Now I pay £5.99 line rental, have a FREE SIM card for my own mobile and calls to the same network of 5p/min at ANY time of day and ANY day. My bill is nowhere near what it used to be - and I'm not tied in. SMS's cost 2p to the same network.
The service (from Telecom plus) uses the T-Mobile or O2 network and there are inclusive minute services too.
You'd be hard pushed to find something better...Telecom plus will supply NR postcodes with the cheapest gas and electricity in the UK (guaranteed) for all their customers using their telephone service as well (which will also save you money), who pay monthly by direct debit. They WILL save you money. They have saved my wife and I £322 over the last ten months on telephone, gas and electricity alone.

Jimboo, emailed me with the info. He was told that he had sign up for the service pay as you go before he would be allowed the Broadband package. Until I have gone through all the details he has set me I won't coment yet. As I need T @ Cs to hand. All I can say at the moment that TPlus should be ashamed of themselves as I know in France this would never had happened, I am discusted when so called Reps lie for their own gain.
