I've got happy childhood memories of days out in Southend

My friend recently had a transfer to a new interest rate product and transferred from interest only to repayment at the same time. She had to jump though so many hoops she almost lost the will to live! When you bear in mind we are both ex bank employees, it shows how bad it was!

It's crazy, what will it be like a few more years down the line, the only thing they didn't ask was my bra size :rotfl:

:rotfl::rotfl: The bar during parties was full of different cans of fizzy drinks Alex, and it was full of friends watching movies - not a venue for bringing back boys/girls :p

However I admit it is very Essex!

You just weren't aware what kind of movies and fizzy drinks... ;) :rotfl::beer:

It's so Essex that I'd bet you've also had peroxide blonde hair and a white Mk.3 Escort XR3i Cabriolet? :p

Well, hot tub, bar, IKEA chairs and now mentioning your underwear in passing... all on one page. Not looking good is it, NG? ;):p

As for the "hairdressers car", current NG motor is a Mercedes C Class Coupe IIRC ... sure you don't want to change your statement. :p

Signature now updated for op's and weight loss, slowly heading in the right direction for both.

Half way to payday already, I am wishing the month away :rotfl: Got the paperwork through for the new mortgage deal yesterday, can't wait to have unlimited op options :D

Budget going ok, although dh used the car twice at the weekend as he forgot to charge the electric van, he did get a telling off! It's hammered the petrol a bit, we are down to half a tank already and it's only been a few days, I was hoping to make a tank last a month, that's not going to happen now.

Very emotional day today for ds1 , he is watching West Ham play their last ever game at the Boleyn Ground. They will be getting free shirts and goody bags in the night ( season ticket holders). My dad is ill and has given his ticket away to a friend of a friend for free  they are going for about £800!

So not a nsd as I gave ds £4 for his last ever Upton Park programme, hopefully it will all go smoothly, as the fans are not keen on Man U.

Am going to spend the evening looking at things I fancy doing this year, Should really revisit the bucket list which is now passed its supposed end date, see how many things got crossed off :)

I has a stressful evening - Ds1 had a nice evening , I was watching the online updates of his teams last game. Despite a handful of the fans acting like idiots, he enjoyed it. He did say it was not organised properly, there were £1000's of extra fans in the streets who could not get tickets and wanted to be there.

Vast numbers of people, and he and my little brother were walking down the Main Street almost to the entrance (with £1000s of others) when the other team bus was about to turn up further up the road , so the police blocked the entrance and turned them back the way they came from, but with the vast numbers still coming down, people were getting squashed, he jumped into a front garden to get out of the way.

Anyway, a very late night and I am struggling to get up now.

Was tempted to do an online shop last night , but resisted so will go to ald* today or tomorrow, Doing ok with the budget still :)
