Oh dear sj, i bet that didn't go down well :rotfl: dh has also gone to work at 5 am and left the front door wide open while we all slept (we are on a very busy main road) he has done that twice now
Dropping dd off for her coach trip to Disney today :j we have 3x booked eurodisney, the first time when she was 3 and was ill the night before so we didn't go, the second time we paid the deposit and could not afford the balance and the third time a couple of years ago, we cancelled as it was still a lot to pay on the balance and the boys were not keen. It's safe to say she is excitedI have given her €70 and made her a Disney themed bag of goodies for the coach (yes she is 18 not 8!!)
Clubbercise last night, best £6.50 of the week spent, totally shattered not losing weight really at the moment but am defiantly feeling fitter.MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁0 -
Can't sleep tonight, not heard from dd since lunchtime when she got on the coach. She did promise to text or call to say she arrived ok
serious words when she does get in touch!
Nice evening around a friends house (apart from worrying about dd), just what I needed after a stressful week - a cup of tea and leftover Xmas chocolates. After years of wanting to move away so we could have a bigger/better house, I am now so glad we didn't as being close to family and friends is such a blessing when you need a pick me up.MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁0 -
Dds Friend has posted a photo on Facebook, so at least they arrived in one piece!
To do list :
Tidy messy house
Clean dirty house
Wash everything
Strip bedsMFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁0 -
Kids!!! I hope she's been in touch. Then again, what could possibly have gone wrong.................A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
Mortgage Balance = £0

Treated myself to a day of tumble drying and heating on to try and dry the washing in a day, thus freeing up the weekend
almost done and ironed, just 2x loads left and the cleaning to do. Pulled a muscle in my back whilst ironing which slowed me down a lot.
Spoke to dd finally, she went to mickeys diner last night with her two friends, they were all dressed up in fifties dresses for dinner, when they got the menu and saw it was going to cost an absolute fortune they got up and went to mc Donald's instead :rotfl: :money: Why waste money on food when there is a load of merchandise to buy
That's my girl
Naughty night in tonight, my first pizza of the year (frozen) and some red wine and episode two of "stag" already watched this once with ds2 but am watching it again with dh now, has anyone else seen it? it's pretty good. Also enjoying the night manager with Tom hiddleston at the moment, not that I am a tv addict of course :rotfl:MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁0 -

The night manager is fabulous. Great acting. I'm hooked on that and the walking dead at the moment but having a cheeky look at the us version of shameless too!0 -
What?! There can't be a us version of shameless, it's just so British!
Tom Hiddleston will be my calendar of choice at work for 2017 :smileyhea sorry Benedict :rotfl:MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁0 -
Finishing off the washing and cleaning today, I might see if dh wants to pop to the shops when he gets back from work later. I wouldn't mind looking at clothes as I have a £10 voucher for next and some birthday money.
Left to spend on the cc until 1st April : £169 = £8.45 a day for food/petrol etc. Need to get a grip and stop buying food! Petrol has been extortionate the last couple of weeks, but I have had lots of extra journeys to the dentist/college/exercise classes etc. On top of usual commuting.
Off to clean the houseMFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁0 -
Letter from the bs this morning, we are only £1800 odd away from the op limit until May. First time we have ever had a letter like that
House sparkling, washing /ironing done, off to the shopping centre in a minute, still have a voucher for prezz* for a three course dinner each, so may use that but I do have a strong urge for an Indian takeaway tonight , it's a valid use of birthday money I thinkMFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁0
