The online pound shop has dinky little lunchboxes with a fork attached. Ideal for salad.

Newgirly - Your thinking about Xmas:eek::rotfl:

I think your hotel trip sounds like a good idea. Its always nice to get a break and youd end up spending the same staying at home popping out for a lunch or a dinner.

Hi debt free one day and fire girl, thanks for popping by :)

After Eric was cleaned inside and out at the weekend (and de-spidered !) I took him for a spin, Sunday evening ,country lanes , I decided I would hang on to him as long as possible. Then I couldn't get him into gear  half across a very dodgy junction he stopped , after a ten minute stop start journey I got him home and then had a bit of a cry :o its possibly a clutch cable or if not maybe the clutch, apparently in minis this Is bad as the engine has to be removed.

Dad says he will take a look before I put him in a garage, if its a lot we will get it done and sell him  if its not too dear, he has a temporary stay of execution until I can bear to sell him.

In better news, I've been eating healthily and aside form the car problems the budget is OK :D

I'd have taken it as a sign that it's time to say goodbye to Eric!

I think I may see it as a sign to say goodbye to Eric as well, but then I am a wimp like that when I get stranded / stuck where cars are concerned.
