I'm not a tesco fan, but I have to say I went in the other month to buy some headphones, when I checked the reciept on the way out I saw the price was wrong. I complained to CS and it turned out they had put a different (more expensive) model there and not updated the ticket. I asked to return them and they offered to refund the difference instead, so I got better headphones for the same price.
That was the same store I had a big row with them a few weeks later over something else, but that's another story...0 -
Surely, grammatically speaking, those three sentences should form a single paragraph, having, three statement related to the same topic.

I always add up my shopping as I go along (on my phone) so I know if something's not right, I will concede if you're shopping for a large family that could be difficult, but I do smaller shops so I can check.
I discovered in Lidl they had overcharged me for the same item three times and I reported it to the manager whilst in the store and made them sell it to me at the lower price.
The fourth time I purchased said item again there was still a difference between the price on the shelf and the price at the till, they hadn't even bothered to change it, after I reported it. I told them I didn't want the item at the wrong price, wrote to their head office and got a voucher for £5 to spend in store.
It made me aware of being overcharged as I decide whether to buy something or not according to the price advertised on the shelf, and that is what I expect to be charged. Even 5p more per item adds up and I'd rather the money in my pocket than theirs.
Cheers
Casper
