Thats prob a good idea as then you are doing everything right. Why did the letter not come in the renewal pack then we would have all just have phoned the number in it.

My husbands selfemployed and took a call for advertising all very convincing but turned out to be a fake mag! therefore very cautious now of things.
Have you tried callling the main tax credit office as if this is true then they will be fully aware of it!! they knew nothing of it when I called. Give them the number to call and check for you.

When I phoned they said it was all ok, thats the main tax office number and that I would need to phone the number to renew. The number I then phoned told me I could phone the main number and check as they would be aware of the letter being sent out.

hi i have too recieved this letter today the tel no ends in 05217 on mine any one have a reference on their mine is a few letters and then states t24 & t32, i also have paul gerrerd on mine too, i think if when the renewal pack comes it states normal helpline to renew and not the no on this letter or to do it by post i will just renewal as i normally do via post and if anything arises regards letter then i will deal with it then

well i shall not be phoning them as i only have mobile although contract but it isnt free and i dont like to go over on monthly bill as i have a budget and stick to it and it costs a fortune to call 0845's and by the time i get renewal pack and every one else gets these letters the lines will be jammed anyway same as normal no hence the reason for doing it by post trying to renew with 3 kids running riot and waiting half hour on phone to talk to some one isnt my cup of tea

i think ill renew like normal but will keep the letter to one side.

now debating whether to tell my o/h about it since hes so stressed already i really dont want to make him worry. ill save it for monday at least.
