Bufger; one thing with the heartbeat monitor, bear in mind the speed of babies heartbeat wen ur listening, as I think it is twice the speed of your OH's, so listen out for a really fast heartbeat. If you dont hear anything straight away, try another night, we heard ours 1st time then struggled the next couple of times! Now we can hear it perfect and its amazing!0

I'm not going to get a doppler. Having a crap time as it is and I wouldn't want to go stressing about not hearing heartbeat:o
Consultant appointment was poo. Tesco didn't have the pampers freebie pack in stock (so are also poo:rotfl:)... so I've done a therapy shop on Very as I had the £25 off £50 spend as some of you have already mentioned;):D Got my best friends little girls bday pressie already (big bag of pink mega blocks:cool:) She's 1 in August so I'm being super organised!
Yay for another pumkin patch order turning up kitkat:j
My OH can't possibly do housework... he is pregnant as well you know!!BLOWINGBUBBLES:kisses2: SMARTIE120 -
all this talk of dopplers has made me get mine out and record her (been meaning to to so I have something for this baby aswell as DD)
Stay tunedWhat's yours is mine and what's mine is mine..0 -
Thats why we didnt end up buying a doppler.
I could just see it causing me stress and upset if I couldn't find heartbeat/use it properly.... which knowing what im like with anything technological would have been the case.....Wealth is not measured by currency0 -

My Tesco didnt have the pampers freebie in stock either, annoying as last week they had hundreds!! I love the £25 off £50 voucher codes for these online catalogue companies, they keep sending me loads and it has helped me buy afew bits over the past few months!
Pleased I got my order, but dont think I will order from there again, too stressful!! CAFC I have already sent a complaint email to pumpkin, they offered me free delivery on my next order... er thanks... maybe not!0 -
I'd email them back again and ask exactly how they think offering a "free" version of such an appaling service is going to make you reconsider them as a retailer for your baby's clothes?
If you pay for something and it sucks, or it's free and it sucks, the fact remains that IT STILL SUCKS! It's not price dependant!
If you're emailing the complaints dept/customer service, I'd google who their managing director is, and send them an addressed letter to their head office.
Quite frankly what they've offered you is laughable! Fact is it's not really about what you can get out of them, its about getting them to acknowledge the awful service, apologise and get the same thing from Fedex as well....Wealth is not measured by currency0
