    My latest FB status:

"still wishing her gorgeous McHubby Happy Birthday but is now upset & had pregnant tears because fat pug Gordon Ramsay stole her sandwich off the table whilst she went for a drink, came back to see it in his fat chops underneath the tv cabinet, little sod even hid to eat it! And then he spits it out and leaves it, after discovering its got english mustard in it! Serves you right Fatty!"

    I miss my sandwich :(

Emsywoo you will be fine chick you will see there are a couple fo ladies on the parents thread who had babies not so long ago who are on their own maybe they could reassure you more than we can:-)

Bufger yay for the monitor turning up so quick. I hate to say this as i know your only doing what is best but i would have probably gone off on one at you in asda but then you cant win with me i can be a total B i t c h!!! when i want to be i blame the hormones you are right though she does need to slow down and its nice and refreshing to meet a man who actually recognises that fact. Sorry that sounds so patronising i dont mean to be :-)

only thing id say on monitor is dont freak out if you cant find the heartbeat..... doesnt mean its not there, they can just be difficult to find early on.....

Its called an AngelSound baby fetal doppler and the seller is English*Shop

It came with the battery, gel and headphones. If you want you can wait until tomorrow to order, i'll be trying it out later if my OH will lend me her belly for half an hour! i'll let you know what its like before you part with cash.

Well 2 out of 3 fedex/ pumpkin packages have now arrived (god knows where the third is!) I found the second package last nite, in the bin again! I wasnt impressed as the bin was full but luckily the contents seemed ok (although you dont really want baby items being near rubbish) the blankets were lovely and matched the sleeping bags perfectly! The booties and mittens were equally as cute!! Still not impressed with fedex, leaving my parcels in the bin!!!
