I had 1 week of heavy bleeding then 3 weeks of what i would say is normal period type bleeding then spot bleeding for another 2 weeks. The more frightening part was getting my first period after the birth OMG it was awful the first two days i was gushing blood and felt like i was hemorageing it went as quick as it came though and everything was fine after that. It was a shock even after having the other two as i had D&C with both previous pregnancies due to retaining material and never really bled that badly.
Pigpen Is there nobody you can go and see i know you hate the hospital and the midwife but you cant keep sitting there stressing you will end up a gibbering wreck at this rate (((hugs))).:jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j0 -
Pigpen - Please make contact with a midwife somewhere you feel comfortable. You are worrying people here and on the flylady thread (and Im not stalking you). I know you have bad views of midwives and the hospitals but if I was your midwife I would want to see you. Im a retired midwife now and am very concerned for you xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
I'm a mooncup girl normally
I didn't have any periods for quite a while on cerazette but found it odd to be honest!
Me too!
And if you wanted to be REALLY MSE you can use the diluted "contents" on your plants instead of baby bio
Nene I've just seen your bump pic. You look amazing! I like my bump at the moment and hope it's still as neat as yours at 35 weeks - just 4 weeks away yikes!
PP, I think you need to speak to someone too. What about ringing the NHS hotline?Bellymonkey due 25/09/10 :j0 -
hugs to you pigpen - sounds awful - as long as you know in yourself that baby is ok and active & normal then hopefully you won't end up having to go to hospital. Can you call your midwife and just explain? that way she is only on the end of the phone lol and you can keep her at a distance if you don't fancy going into hospital.
Baby hasn't moved at all this morning.. and I am told 'ring the labour ward' and they say 'come in' .. and I say 'no ta!' None of the community MW's are available until after 4pm.. and I have the children back at 3 and school disco tonight.. much too busy. There are no clinics today apparently..xmaslolly76 wrote: »Pigpen Is there nobody you can go and see i know you hate the hospital and the midwife but you cant keep sitting there stressing you will end up a gibbering wreck at this rate (((hugs))).

Thank you
I haven't had anything through with contact numbers from Leeds, and I really don't have time for a wasted run there.. and the more I think about the hospital here the more I want to run and hide and cry.
Other than feeling crappy I am fine.. you know how everything seems 10 times worse when you are tired.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

I know this is your ninth pregnancy. However bleeding, swollen ankles and funny lights could be a symptom of something more serious. This is a pregnancy with a new partner which is an unknown entity as a new set of genes and so could predispose you pre-eclampsia. Also if you have not felt your baby move (or even so much) you should check it out. I totally respect your rights but if I was your community I would be high tailing it over to yours right now to check you out xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.

They won't even try to get in touch with whoever is on today and have just left a note for her IF she goes back to the office today... which aparently is unusual.. She is doing 'home visits' so is unavailable apparently.. but I thought they all had mobiles at the very least now..LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
They do have mobiles the midwife herself gave me hers. If she is already out and about they should be able to contact her and get her to come and see you.:jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j0
