I had seen those Tesco ones too CL, but I was determined not to use the voucher on food and pay delivery charge so for £1.21 taking into account the voucher I got 2 fitted sheets, 2 flat (I know we may not use them but can always use on the bottom if necessary) and a pack of 3 sleepsuits in 3-6 months. I also really don't like the 'natural' colour which is the one on offer!
I think that will do for starters to be honest as baby won't be in cotbed for a while! Yay, one more thing to tick off the list!
I'm slightly wary about Tesco mattresses as our 'orthopaedic' one we got for the spare room is very soft...I quite like it but it's not a great mattress!
xmas - i got 3 moses basket sheets for £4.50 from a netmum the other day, they look to be hardly used (she was selling 8 sheets so I guess that's quite likely!) they are mamas & papas ones and really thick. Otherwise Sainsburys and Tesco both have some offers on at the moment.Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -

I used Avent with DS with no problems so I automatically went for them again this time. I hope I haven't made the wrong decision:(BLOWINGBUBBLES:kisses2: SMARTIE120 -
I used the mothercare steriliser bottles for Tiddles (not that they were EVER sterilised
) the mothercare teats were rubbish and we used the NUK orthodontic ones which were great.
My 1 avent bottle went with my breastpump.. and leaked attached to that as well!!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

My Mum bought me a pile of crib sheets last time around reduced in Dunelm mill... She's always getting bargains from there... I have about 7 fleece blankets all reduced from there... I don't know why she thinks I'd use that many?!
With Aimee I had 2 fitted sheets and one flat for the cotbed and I got by fine with them... I bought two more in an Asda baby even when pregnant with Caitlyn but seeing as the cotbed is still in bits in the airing cupboard, the sheets are still in the wrapping so I can't comment on the quality...
As far as mattresses go, Aimee just used the mattress that came with the cotbed and it did her fine for 5 years... I'll be putting in in for Caitlyn when we get round to putting it up... (She's currently sleeping in an Ikea cot I got for a bargain price off eBay, and completely flouting all rules, the mattress that came with it!)A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.
