  • Tinkwings in looking for a pram I would also think about what you want to prioritise - the Mamas & Papas car seats do really badly in safety tests so if you want something that is compatible with a Maxi Cosi or Britax car seat for optimum safety it's worth looking elsewhere.

Having said that all car seats have to pass the safety tests so they're all meeting a mimimum threshold - but I was in a big car crash last year so that's something we looked for first and foremost, it depends what you are most bothered about!

That Afternoon Tea one is very pretty though!!

Hi Tinkwings - don't post often here but thought I would add my comments on the pliko. This is what I have decided on this time round. Went and had a play with this in the M & P shop a couple of weeks ago and I really like it - the pram bit is nice and soft and roomy enough and it makes a decent pushchair without being too heavy/bulky. I echo other comments about that particular fabric though - it is very pretty but it won't stay pretty for long with a grubby 2 year old in it! Good luck finding one you like.

Is it not going to be awkward to buy now she has listed it on Ebay and has bids. To cover herself, maybe she should of stated I reserve the right to remove this listing as pram advertised elsewhere.

Oh very true didn't think about that. I wil mention it to her when I see her later x

If she puts that on her listing ebay will remove it!!

You are not permitted to advertise stuff elsewhere.. she will be better off leaving it as it is and just cancelling the bids and the listing stating it is no longer for sale should she sell it elsewhere.

It could be you could get it cheaper bidding on Ebay but it could also work the other way and its more expensive if there is a lot of interest.

    Thanks.

    Seems like a minefield!

Think I will look at it on my way home and go from there. I do understand about the colour etc. With my daughter I had a navy blue pram/buggy and that was bad enough for marks etc.

Chips and coke float wasn't as nice as last time :(

It was a different Wimpy though.

If anyone has a spare bit of rain please send it this way as I'm hot and would like to dance naked in the rain!! ;)

I feel a bit annoyed with my friend. Maybe it's the weather but I get fed up up with other people's excitedness at bean when I feel like poo... and the comparing of my pregnancy with theirs... and the feeling of being belittled because I'm going to use a TENS machine in early labour... oh moan moan moan... sorry.
