Thanks! I'll happily pass it on! I will let sir monster have a look first too as we're local!

tinks - amended! You have to create a new account to change names. We had a Sunnygirl and a SunnyGirl (or something like that!) on flylady!

You can message the admin team, they can change it... But I think you need a compelling reason... I don't suppose they fancy being inundated with name change requests...

I had loads of 2nd hand stuff for DD1, being a poor single mother on benefits they were very much appreciated... 2nd time around, 1 of my Mum's customers offered her a great pile of her grandaughters clothes if I had a girl so as soon as I popped DD2 out my Mum went and fetched 3 bin bags of baby clothes from 0-9months... Half of it was BNWT from Next!

This baby will start it's first week wearing the unisex castoffs from DD2 and if it's a girl it has a good comprehensive wardrobe to start with... And if it's a boy... We'll cross that bridge when we get to it... But I recon it's a girl...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Ha Pigpen you are giving yourself away there you have to be having a little girl............. go on put us out of our misery and spill the beans ;-) x
:jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j
  • If it is a boy Krystal I will gladly pop over and dress him in the abundance of baby boy clothes that I am currently surrounded by...it would appear that I am not quite ready to part with Benjamin's newborn stuff yet (the tears are a bit of a giveaway)

So you can have em if I get to share the babba ;)

I'm really not.. I just love pliko's! I've had 7 I think.. DS3 had a bright purple one which I loved.. The girls all had black ones.. so they looked pretty sitting in them in their super frilly dresses. I had a brown one and a blue one in there too. I have a black aria from DD5 still, but I do love pliko's!.

You won't be waiting long to find out anyway :p

    Morning all

Well this time tomorrow I will be running round like a headless chicken trying to chill out before leaving for the induction room. (Yes Im aware I contradicted myself there! pregnancy brain oh how i wont miss you!)

Have decided that no amount of bouncing, bathing, h**ping, etc is getting baby moving so I may as well chill out, finish last minute bits and bobs and enjoy my (hopefully!) last day of pregnancy. :D:D:D:D:D
Although it has now dawned on me that I will be bringing my daughter into the world tomorrow and I'm scared sh*tless now! Im getting all the 'what if....' questions in my head! 'what if the sonographer got it wrong and I have a boy?', 'what if I cant cope with the pain?' 'what if something goes wrong?'.:eek: need to chill out!

Benjamin is off to stay at his grandma's house tonight , it was much easier rather than trying to get him ready tomorrow morning too for school etc when we have to leave at 8am to get to the hospital in plenty of time and signed in. Have told mother in law if he wants to go to school he can, if he doesn't then don't force the subject - he has highest attendance in his class so one day off wont hurt. Need to get a few more bits together for him - I presumed I was having a straight forward birth - in and out job - but of course with the iron levels (smacks head of wall - Im sick of bloody iron levels!) that may not be the case so will get him some extra pants, trousers trousers/socks etc to take up and he wants to take a teddy with him too.

    Also to do today:
    * put t-shirt or vest/toothbrush/deodorant in a bag for Owen
    * finish washing/packing Ben's little bag complete with party outfit
in case he goes to his friends birthday party tomorrow night!
    * finish as much clothes washing as I can so not mountains of it when
    I come home.
    * get basic cleaning sorted.
    * put bottle of juice in a 'foody' hospital bag (although ready got
sugary sweets if I'm allowed them)
    * figure out how to use and sterilise bottles ready just in case.
    * must buy a decent thick hair band. I have thin ones and they don't
stay in place and don't like them in general and I don't want my
    hair in my face!
    * have a shower to de fuzz myself.

Anyone think of anything else I need to do before tomorrow ?????????????
Its 6.22 am and I have already gotten up at 5.37 - my hips were killing! and have tidied the living room, got drying in the drier and done the dishes.
    Time to find me again
