Hi PP, I joined bizziebaby, but not heard anything, no idea when I am meant to? Joined in May I think........

I joined in February and this is the second thing I've had.. think the first thing I got was May.

I am considering putting these on ebay.. they are no use for a newborn.. and I hate yellow.. had it been blue or black or red I'd have used it.. OH said I should keep it and see but it will be too big until baby is about 6 months old anyway.

I had something from Bizziebaby in Feb.. I want something else!!!

If you dont like them Pigpen, I would just whack them on Ebay, you should get a decent amount for them and surely could buy preferred pacifiers cheaper?

Pigpen; do you know if babies who suck their thumbs/ hands alot before birth normally go onto use a pacifier? I find mine is always sucking its thumb or hand! I didn't know whether this is a sign or maybe its just bored in there!

You could always try them on ebay and see how it goes, if you get many bids. It could be something that someone is desperate for and prepared to pay a bit for :D I know certain brands, like Baby K ones, seem to fetch good prices, meaning more money for other baby items.. or treats for mum!

FAO TINKWINGS I don't know if that swing you want is still at kiddicare but if you're interested I have a £5 off code (if it works). Let me know and I'll PM it to you:)

All I've got is a CD for DS from bizziebaby:(

Looks like it's going to be a bad weekend with idiot neighbour:mad: We're putting up with BOOM BOOM BOOM music already. And I've got a moody DS. A couple of glasses of chilled white wine would be soooo nice right now!

My sisters continued sucking their thumbs after birth.. soemthing I would absolutely discourage.. both suck them still in their mid twenties.. NOT appealling!!

DS1 sucked his WHOLE hand.. which is what his one appears to do too..so constantly has hiccups.. he had a dummy from 3 weeks as he constantly had terrible trapped wind and the dummy had a better seal.

DD1 had a dummy from 10 months when she first got pneumonia.. it helps regulate their breathing

DD5 had one from about 3 months as she had reflux the sucking helped calm her.

I don't think it makes much difference tbh.. they are either sucky babies or not.. I have actually got a couple of tiny dummies for this one just in case but will not be getting them out unless absolutely necessary.. I try to last out as long as possible before offering a dummy as I hate them.
