Cafc- I'm thinking boy too, but I thought DD was a boy too so I keep second guessing myself.

Xmas- I know it is sooooooo hot, even looking out the window is making me feel sick!

After saying I was going to stay in all day, I actually braved it and went for a walk in the woods to try and get bubs moving. DH also drove me down this sandy, bumpy track which is *almost* inaccessable by car. It has a reputation round here as being the place to drive if you want baby to be born due to all the bumps, quite a few people swear it got baby shifted for them, so we drove down it twice for good measure! :D Now just having a rest and when it finally cools down I will go for another walk.

Smartie- happy Birthday! Have a great day!

Has anyone had any good buys on baby monitors? I think this'll be our next purchase and I'm tossing between the BT150 or for motion sensors.... AngelCare or Tommee Tippee. I've seen this one from Tesco which seems to be fab price!: http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.207-9616.aspx Not sure why though. :o

How many moses basket and cot sheets would you experienced ladies suggest getting- and do you go for half fitted for the mattress and half flat for on top? I have also got blankets but have some sleeping bags too.

Fab, thank you so much! :D I've seen so many lists and most of them are produced by retailers to get you to buy over the top, so thought I'd ask more of an MSE expert.

I'll check out Net Mums as well. They are retailing at £70-80. Yowsers!

Smartie, I am having carvery too :) but a bit later as it seemed too hot to cook earlier. Am really looking forward to it, not had a roast in weeks :D mmmmmmm!

U lot made me laugh when I read back about 'de-fluffing your area' lol. I use the wilkinson sword bikini trimmer thing, it's very good, i now have to do it basically blind as my belly sticks out too much. My legs haven't been a problem been doing them lots as been living in shorts! Can't paint my toe nails but thankfully OH is very good at it!
