Congratulations to the new squidgy babies:j:j:j

Am I completely mad in having a carvery on the hottest day of the year???:D Soooo hot already:(

I've been spoilt by DH:D:D:D Chocs have gone straight in the fridge!

I'm very happy to not be in hospital today:). Still waiting for my midwife to get back to me as the midwife who phoned the other day said she'll be passing on message about possible hospital... but I think she's on hols.

I am getting some very odd sharp pains so I hope they don't amount to anything!!

CONGRATULATIONS on the cute new babies!

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY Smartie

It is indeed boiling today, really don't want to venture out, but we need bread - and watching a cooking show at the moment has made me really want tuna now as well. Weird.

List is edging scarily close to me now - don't like it, although I will be happy to be able to lie on my back without feeling suffocated!

LOL you will be surprised at what you can easily deal with just because it's come out of your baby & yes, the poo really is that revolting & stinky :rotfl: Before you know it you will be so used to dealing with dirty nappys you wont even give it a second thought :)

Hmmmm.... <just popping in from lurkdom> felt I needed to take issue with this. Freddie's my second child, and is now nearly 11 weeks old, but when I get mornings like today I can really pass on the dirty nappies - he leaked on my white skirt

Thanks for the advise, hope I can tolerate the poo! If my dog is sick, if I look at it/ smell it I throw up myself but luckily OH is very good with stuff like this! Sure I'll get used to it :)

It's not so bad really... and when they smile at you (while you're trying to sort out the mess), I'd even go so far as to say it makes it worthwhile!!!!

Oh you are all so lucky.

Had a conversation with boyfriend the other day and he has it in his head that its going to be weird changing a little girl - he has 2 sons, 2 nephews and one niece who he palmed off whenever there was a whiff about so he has never changed a girl so hes a bit apprehensive. Needless to say - like sugar am I doing all the nappy changes!

Ben always use to get me with the ha ha Ive wet my nappy so I'd get mid change, take the nappy totally off then he'd relieve himself some more everywhere! Dangerous little things tinkles

With poo - I found the worst one was the first poop - its black like tar and impossible to clean up - took me ages - can you imagine a terrified 19 year old new mum, left in the middle fo the night to attempt her first ever nappy change!:eek::eek::eek::eek:

Fingers crossed this will be better.

Oh jsut had a very odd feeling indeed, feels as if babe is running her fingers along the inside of my belly (imagine nails on a chalk board) and it was followed by lots of weirdy tummy ache/windy pain. Shes still doing the funny feeling now and I am a bit windy but not majorly.
    :think::think::think:

EDITED TO SAY - Ok just been to the loo (no problems despite the iron tablets) sat back down at the comp and still have the urge to go to the toilet even though I'm pretty sure there is nothing there.
    Time to find me again
