This would really depend on the pram. I'm pretty sure the Jane Slalom we're getting will fit in the boot with the wheels taken off, but that would be the boot pretty much full - so no use if you wanted to go shopping or were going anywhere you need to take other stuff along.
Dimensions of the boot are here , so you'd need to compare them to the size of your buggy. A friend who had a Mini and a buggy that didn't fit just used to pop one of the back seats down and put the buggy through there, so there's ways around it if the buggy's too big for the boot.
For all its drawbacks, I really love my Mini. We even used it as a wedding car and had a model made for the top of the cake

I don't get to take him out much now that I work from home. Really looking forward to going to the hairdressers later, mainly because it means I get to drive there

Hello, I *think* Hazzie has already had her baby. Are her initial HMW - cos she was on FB a couple of days ago, won't give away the details, as she's not been on herself, but scarily it bumps the rest of us up one more :eek:

See my car was almost perfect for me (shocking fuel economy aside ) and then monster no.4 took us all by surprise :rotfl: It's big enough for 5 and a buggy (volvo estate) but no good if we all want to go out together, or have to collect DSD from Portsmouth once I've passed my test.
It could just be me, but I've found I prefer to drive big cars (good job, really
) the smallest cars I've driven were a Corsa and a Micra and I hated them both. I've switched to doing auto now so I can learn a bit quicker but I found my galaxy was the one that I drove best, despite it being a bit (!) sluggish. That's why we're looking at diesel ones now, because as well as costing £70 odd a week to run, the petrol ones are underpowered, unless you want the v6 one and you'd need a mortgage to pay the fuel bill for that
Boo to banks and hospitals, sounds like you had one of those days today
I say have a shower, jump OH early ish then go to bed and tomorrow's a new day

And Foxy?!?! I wish:p I was traipsing back from town with my newly acquired steriliser, huffing and puffing in the heat and trying not to pass out..was gobsmacked someone had whistled! I even looked around convinced there was someone behind me..there wasn't
Maybe I should phone DH and make sure it wasn't him passing by:rotfl::rotfl:1.11.09 - debt = £45k:eek:

still here, and horribly warm - weather is dull but muggy and sticky up here just now and it's just making me grumpy and sleepy.
Speaking of which, anyone else who is/has been around the full term/overdue mark gotten a serious case of sleepiness? All I want to do just now is sleep (i.e. sleeping in late and needing a nap later on) and I'm kind of giving into it (on the assumption the next few weeks are going to be virtually sleepless in comparison!) but I think it might be making things worse. Slightly concerned I won't be able to break the habit too once the wee one is here!0 -
Esio- I have been feeling exactly the same! I have a 2 year old so I have to get up with her but she sleeps well and normally gets up at 7.30, and then has a nap from 1-3 so I sleep when she does and it is still not enough! I am going to bed about 9pm too but still feel groggy constantly.
I put it down to the heat. I have just been getting the paddling pool and sandpit out and sitting with my feet in it, DD is then happy to just splash about and run around in the garden so gives me a break while she is entertained so the hot weather is my best friend/ worst enemy at the min!
