Congratulations CAFC!!!:j:j Lovely pics, I love to see them makes me really want to meet my little one:D
Congratulations to Convent Girl too - look forward to hearing from you.
Hope all went well for Hazzie today. xx
Lilac & BBM - hope your scans are positive tomorrow, thinking of you both. xx
About christenings I think we'll have one, I'm not religious but OH is and he'd like to take our little one to church.
Courgette - £50 sounds great to me for all those nappies plus some wraps. I've read that different babies are suited to different brands due to sizes/shapes (a bit like to pampers/huggies debate) but then if Pigpen has used them on all her babies maybe that's a load of rubbish!:D
Smartie - sorry you're struggling with depression, (((hugs))) to you. Keep coming and talking to us, hopefully that might help at least a little.
I've struggled with my hayfever today. I get a bit frustrated at work because we have aircon but people make such a fuss about them being on because there's always someone sat underneath it, but our office gets so hot in summer with all the glass ... today we had the windows open which obviously doesn't help hayfever sufferers especially those who can't take medication!!! OK rant over:D0 -
Congrats cafc. I keep feeling like iam coming down with a cold but then the next day i feel fine again, has anyone else had this.Married 09/09/090

Congratulations all you new mummys! Is it just me or does there always seem to be a surge of newborns and then no body pops for a while!
I have 5 weeks left and i feel like i am ready to drop, literally.i can barely walk anywhere, just standing up hurts my legs and groin and i literally dont think my bump can get any bigger. I mean i already know im having MASSIVE baby (according to sonogropher at 32 weeks) so i dunno how much bigger she can get!
Getting chest of drawers delivered tomorrow for her clothes and also first bed for DS! should be fun tackling that one!
Can anyone tell me is it really necessary to wash all babies clothes before they wear them? I remember doing it with DS but have absolutely no idea why i did it! ha!0 -
Ladies, can you just check for me that this is an ace deal. This is a copy of the emails I've been sent on netmums:
Hi xxx, I have some reusable nappies. They are the Totsbots bamboozle ones that have a wrap rather than pants. I have 15 newborn ones with velcro fastening, 6 small with poppers so you can make them bigger and 7 larger ones with poppers. I also have 7 motherease ones with poppers. I have a few wraps to go with them but you may need some of the smaller ones. You can buy them online. Cost me around £250 to buy them all but would accept £50 or a reasonable offer. The nappies are shaped like disposable ones so don't cut into baby. Hope to hear from you soon.
Don't know why I need to ask whether £50 for 35 reusable nappies is good or not, but you never know! I've also checked with our local council and I will be eligible for their £30 cashback even if I buy from a private seller so £20 for 35 nappies - yay! :money:
CAFC he's gorgeous! :T:AMum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0
