but of course only February has 28 days, i.e. 4 weeks in it...the rest have 30/31 hence the maths not adding up!

Someone asked me tonight how many months we are...no idea!

It is if you assume there are 4 weeks in a month, and therefore say pregnancy lasts 10 months ^^

You can also assume that a cow lives in a pen but it doesnt make it a pig!!

The point is you are assuming wrong and thats why your weeks and months dont add up! :D

    Everyone calm down! :D

I'm going to try and make a crochet blanket for Little Monster I have just decided. I think it would be really special to have something I made just for her (even though it will be really wonky :o) I have the very basics of crochet, and I've found videos on YouTube for making little squares that you can stitch together. Watch me fail massively now I've said that!

Anyone else want to join me in my old-lady pastime? :o

I'm too busy knitting a years worth of cardigans lol or I'd love to.. ok so I couldn't crochet to save my life!!

I have a new stretch mark.. just above my left knee.. just the one.. it is quite odd! I haven't had a new stretch mark since I had DD3.. when I got one.. just below my left knee.. hence this one being odd!

Now you see I can't knit. Not even a scarf :o anything I try to knit looks like it was made by a large, blind, constipated spider :D

I understand crochet a bit, probably because it goes the long way round and you can cover up mistakes quite easily whereas with knitting mistakes really show.

    Lurking, but I spotted hayfever.

Last year I bought the red light thing from lloyds http://www.lloydspharmacy.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=1008&storeId=90&productId=344791&langId=-1&parent_category_rn=&top=&top_category=&fromPage=Search&hotspot_prefix=

And its bloody excellent (and on sale £10). I wasn't allowed ANYTHING at all medication wise. Its just red light so not harmful in anyway. You use it 3 times a day (think it's 4mins), look a bit like rudolph, but my symptoms cleared up after about 2 weeks.
