Had a lovely day with my niece and nephews, reminded me what I have to look forward to!!

Rach re movements somedays they are quieter than others, mine was very busy yesterday but seems to be quieter today but then I have been busy too which I think quietens them down. I know mine will start moving as soon as I try to sleep. As pigpen says have something cold/sweet relax and should feel them, if not see how you get on tomorrow and then could call midwife??

Re pushchairs even though live on outskirts on London I still find it hard to get a look at every type I want as in store they seem quite limited.

Labour vibes to those that need them, seem to be a few overdue or close to due dates now xx

morning all

wee there has definitely been some movements in the night, about 5am I felt a bit Still quieter than I've been used to but I think maybe has moved position.

Slept ok til 5 and then have been awake, so got up in the end and am going into work earlier than usual. Have loads to do and although I'm tired there's no point in sitting around here. Will need an early night tonight.

sir monster enjoy your week off - are you just at home? have you been to the new mothercare world nr ikea? am wondering what kind of a selection of pushchairs that has.

Morning Ladies and bumps:)

Midwife is bringing the soft pack and hospital notes today, and the G&A is also being delivered. I will need to nip to the doctors and chemist to collect my injections later too. Which reminds me, I need to try and get a phone consultation with a doctor as I have thrush!! I had it a bit when ds2 was born and it transmitted to him, which meant the poor mite had it in his mouth for the first couple of weeks:( I really want to get it cleared up before this baby decides to arrive:)

Apart from that I will be dying my hair and working through the washing mountain that is taking over the landing;) We will try and nip to the park later if everything has been done as it is the boys last day off school, back in tomorrow:D

Mel if you can't get the doctor go buy some live yogurt it always clears my thrush up overnight it can get a bit messy though and make sure no one eats its.:-)

Poor you Mel. I've only ever had it once my whole life when i was last pregnant. Not nice. The home birth packs make me laugh , 16 years ago when I had ds2 the packs were hugeeeee now there a carrier bag size! lol Thats NHS cuts for you!

Kat- Congratualtions. Im getting the baby jogger city mini in the double. It wont bother me facing out as the baby will have his sister for company. They have huge viewing windows on them anyway so you keep checking on the baby constantly without stopping the pram.

This is what I usually do! Also if not part of a 'big shop' I buy granola or something too otherwise I feel sure people know what I want it for and I'm waaaay to embarrassed to ask for canesten :o

Welcome & Huge Congrats to all the New Babies :j

I am in work and not knowing what to do with myself My Daughter had an accident in the kitchen yesterday and has burnt her hand eye lid & face and today my dad is having an operation

I am feeling very scared and stressed.

On a lighter note I did the wedding ring on thread over the bump test it was the freakest thing EVER If I held the thread away from me it would hand still as soon as I put it over my bump it went into circles..............:eek: I so really can't wait to find out what flavour it really is:rotfl::rotfl:

Please forgive me today. I'm in a bad mood, pg hormones are a raging, I had cramp all night... and I shall be a ranting if I feel the need to!

As Rach as said, I have the Techno XT.... and :eek::eek::eek: my baby is going to feel unloved, hate me etc etc cos he won't be facing me!!! I have failed as a mother already;)

Seriously though... how long will a baby be lying in his pram whilst being pushed around??? 12 hours?? No! And from past experience (yes I am already a mum and DS DOESN'T HATE ME, HAVE MENTAL ISSUES and is actually a very brilliant young man:)) babies sleep in pram whilst being pushed around so wont even see mummy and daddy!!

When my little bean is not in pushchair he'll be so fed up with looking at my ugly mug (whilst being cuddled, fed, in bouncer, moses basket etc etc) I think he'll be happy to have a change of scenery whilst in pushchair.

So sorry people will think I have failed as mother cos I won't be looking at my baby's face 24/7:o

Yes honey Circles is said to be a girl Side to Side is said to be a boy.
