I'm the same with OH and xmas coming up...I aint drank since DHs 30th bday in Feb when we got hammered and conceived:D:D:D:D
I'm designated driver for his xmas party so won't be having much at all, for the best really as I imagine I'll be hammered after a sip:rotfl:
I also want DH involved as much as possible...I do worry coz he's so laid back about everything and i know damn well that if allowed he'd let me do everything with bubs...but not gonna happen...stroppy Fuzz will be out in full force once baby is here:D:D:D

Hi all, quick question am not seeing midwife again til am 28 weeks but I was wondering whether this emergency budget that the government is bringing in on the 22nd June is likely to cut the HIP grant we all get? I am 25 weeks on Monday, should I see if the midwife will sign off the paperwork for me asap? Thanks very much.... just wanted some thoughts on this.

I'm sitting here trying to do the book keeping for husbands wedding photo business but my brain is on a go slow and I keep surfing the net. Very difficult to keep focused the books don't have to be finished till Jan but thought it would be easier to do before baby arrived, unfortunately I work better to a deadline. (might treat myself to takeaway tonight if I get them nailed today - mind you last time I had a take away heartburn was sooooooooooooo bad)

Ok those who feel kicks/movements...does it start off feeling like a belly-flip???? Y'know that feeling you get in your stomach when you go over road bumps unexpectedly or when you see your OH for the 1st time in what seems like forever:o or he touches you in nice places and it makes your belly do that funny feeling thing:o;):D

I'm sure it is baby but I need someone to tell me it definitely is otherwise I won't be convinced!

Hi everyone. I am currently 17 weeks pregnant with my 3rd and wanted to ask some of you ladies who are further along than me if any of you have had problems with on/off bleeding? It is brown bloood and I have no pain atm which is good I know but I am finding this so stressful (its my 4th bout of bleeding so far). I only saw the midwife yesterday and she listened to the heartbeat which was fine - its just that I am having a hard time believing I can hold on to this baby to term. Any advice/reassurance much appreciated!

Ooooooo can I pick your briain over DHs business?? I'm trying to convince my DH he is good enough/better than most so should really do this...I was thinking of starting him off with 1 a month and see how we go from there:) Think my sisters wedding at weekend has got him thinking along my lines:D does your DH have a website? how long does it take him to edit photos?? how did he start?? how longs he been doing it??

Oh and yes treat yourself to a takeaway IF you finish doing the books today:D

I know! I mean it is not essential but it would be nice to use it to get another chest of drawers for baby clothes and put a little in bump's savings pot for when we open her account....

I am getting loads of kicks just now and am sitting still, and it doesn't feel like belly-flips but mine are quite strong so feel definitely like strong kicks or punches and they are all over the place, really low down and then high up.... am sure she is somersaulting in there perhaps.

when I was feeling very early movements, it felt weird like something sliding along inside of me and it was very disturbing.... :eek:

I think I may need my crib sharpish!!!

I did have 3 (17, 29 and 31 weeks) with DS2 so it MIGHT be ok.. but he arrived at 32 weeks..

Now... dare I tell OH???
