Cheers pigpen, i will do them when im back at my desk after lunch. i realy hate them it feels like my pelvic floor is exhausted!i hope they work because i dont think i could cope with any more leaks!
i had a list as long as my arm of girls names, and sods law im having a boy.
the names i like so far are Caolan, Ciaran, Darragh, Michael, Aodhan. so think baby is going to have an irish name but still not totally sure. i do love Benjamin aswell as Noah.0 -
kitkat that sounds really off about the assistant manager thing, hope she's not getting paid more than you?
tinkwings - that is lovely bunting, I am thinking of doing some in the jungle/animal theme for the baby's room...if I get the curtains I fancy off ebay there will be plenty to chop some off...not sure if my sewing skills are good enough though. I probably just need to practice! Handily my sister in law was a professional seamstress so I think she might be called upon for help! When I got married she whipped me up a little bag out of the bits they chopped off the bottom of my dress!
I would love to get into sewing, knitting too but I feel like I don't know where to start plus DH is moaning that he doesn't like the knitted stuff!!
I think she will be Rach, she isn't currently as she works less hours then me and doesn't do half as much as I do, but I will be well !!!!!! off when I return if she is on more than me and I have to carry on with my job; I've even had to arrange an accountant to cover me when I am off as she isn't capable!
Tink; I really liked the bunting, your very talented! I think its always the way, if you go into business there is the risk you would get sick of doing it. Although I do know someone who went into sewing bags for a recycling charity as she loves doing it and she still loves itshe just seem to get more and more creative with her designs!
Smartie; I didn't even think that about your surname, I spose you have to be careful with choosing names to go. Luckily the only name I need avoid is Gordon :rotfl: if I had a pound for everytime someone has asked me if my dad/ cousin/ uncle/ etc is called Gordon....0 -
Oh my God!!!!! I'm going back to work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have got a meeting with the Headteacher on Friday morning to discuss things properly, obviously no teaching but just such a relief that he's gonna let me try!!!

Plus if I marry OH I will be KK anyway... luckily my middle name is Elaine so the initials aren't rude! I cannot decide on middle names either, especially with Theo... what goes with that and sounds good with a K surname
oh this is too confusing!!!
Sorry, I'm just very careful as my Aunt was born with the initial ARS :rotfl: childhood was not pleasant for her when her peers learnt naughty words:pEXAMPLES:
Can't have a girls name like Jessica.
Can't have Ann.
I like Finlay... but if it's shortened to Finn!!
And we always get the Wayne thing said to us *sigh*
There are lots and lots of other names we can't have but can't remember now:o
Shouldn't complain as myself and DH had to decide on what surname to take... he was born something else but had to change surname as a child. Could of gone back to his birth name but I said NO!! There was no way I was having that name!
DS has been sent home from school with tummy bug:(
I've been decorating and now bump is hurting:o
Hope DS is ok:) could just be sympathy for his Mum??:D1.11.09 - debt = £45k:eek:

Well just take it easy and don't be pressured into doing more than you think you can handle!! 'No' is the new word in your vocabulary!
If anyone would like to have a try and find a name that does actually fit with OH's surname.. feel free....
