dreambirdie - I'll start the pelvic floor exercises with you, I've not been good at doing them so far and have had instructions from my sister to do them!
Had a terrible nights sleep...went to bed just before 11 but there were workmen outside til almost 12 with a stupid flashing orange light on the top of their van. I seemed to wake every hour but I think I did sleep quite a lot in the end as I don't remember lying there awake tooooo much! I did manage the whole night in 'the big bed' i.e. with dh, which is good as my hip doesn't hurt thanks to a better mattress. DH is home today as has a job interview at lunchtime, guess he will be preparing this morning. I think we'll go for a short stroll to the local pond when he gets back as I think I need a bit more exercise.Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -
bigbird - I've had that boob pain, assumed it was just growing/getting ready for milk etc...sure someone will be along to tell us!
Good luck for the scan, yay for team yellowI also wanted the name Joseph for a boy as it was my much loved grandad's name, but my sister had used it as a middle name for her little boy, still thought we could get away with it but then DH's sister just named her new little boy Joseph!!!

Morning everyone
Ooh Smartie just had a nosey...I can't say I've ever heard that name before!! It's cool.
Still no baby here LOL 2 days to go. Just waiting for my mum to come over, hoovered and polished and got the second load of washing in, so I can relax now.
I actually felt a twinge as I came out of school this morning, but it lasted literally 2 seconds and I haven't had one since. It was the first thing I'd call a 'pain' though! lol Oh and more 'special poo' when I got home pmsl.
xxx:heart2: THANK YOU MARTIN!! :heart2:0 -

Ace name, Smartie
We also have no boy's name, we're not even close actually. Girl's name sorted though. I did say to hubby the other day that I don't know what I'm gonna do really if this baby's a boy - I'm getting such strong girl vibes that I even think about it as my daughter . I'm quite happy to have another lad, it'll just be a bit weird. :rotfl:
Still waiting to hear from my head teacher about whether I'll be back on Friday. Just make a decision will you man!Updating soon...0 -
hope it's good news courgette though not sure which way that is!
I could happily not go back, a friend (who has no idea about kids etc!) asked the other day by text if I'd finished work yet! LOL, er no I still have almost 3 months to work!! I am dreading Friday...the journey as much as work, but I am sure I'd get bored if at home all the time until the baby gets here!
smartie - I've sent you a request on fb which I was meaning to do anyway!
I am researching slings online at the moment and am wondering whether my sister in law can help make them as she's a seamstress!Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0
