MGEB good luck and easy labour vibes heading your way hun xx
on the bra discussion I've been in non-underwired since about 9weeks, mainly coz I'm petrified of getting mastitis(both sister and mum got it when they were pg!) but also coz my boobs suddenly got huge and figured I should get used to soft cups from early on:) I've found sports bra's to be fab and primarks are the best so far:D1.11.09 - debt = £45k:eek:

Good Luck MGEB!!!
Thanks Pigpen for the info, where have you been lately?! I stopped wearing underwires at 8 weeks as I couldn't cope with them anymore, it was getting too painful. I've not worn a padded bra in years as it makes me look too big ontop. I find the non wired still fairly supportive, I can still happily wear low cut tops and not be worried about lack of support. I wear a sports bra to bed every night and have since about 8 weeks.
Fuzz; I also found Primark really good for sports bras, and very cheap too!
Think it was Tinks who posted a couple of pages back about £1 pampers on Asda (the big packs that are norm over £10), this was sucha good buy but unfort as soon as I went to checkout yesterday they had removed them from the site, sucha shame!!
Sooo pleased its cooled down, I was considering phoning in sick today purely due to the heat, but I made it in!!0 -
Morning all
Loving the weather now its cooled down a bit. Was looking forward to a bit of retail therapy later seeing as its pay day at last :T. Unfortuantely, my wound is not healing though and is 6cm deep (yuk!) so waiting for the surgeon's secretary to ring as I may have to be readmitted to hospital and get it sorted. The nurse doesn't think its going to heal cos my stomach is stretching all the time.
Fingers crossed baby seems fine.
Good luck MGEB!0 -
Morning all!
Good luck MEGB...quick and easy labour vibes for you
Re bras: i have been wearing maternity ones since around 18wks as i grew pretty quickly. I have to say i dont like them and i will be changing back to underwired as soon as i can but am going to be breast feeding so i guess that is not going to be for a while yet.
Got my 37wk appointment with the midwife this afternoon...still cant believe that i am nearly at the end....time has just flown by. Seems really unreal that in a few weeks time i am going to be a mummy.
Finally finished buying bits for the hospital bag and have done all my baby washing so i think i really need to get the bags packed

Ethels mum....good luck with having to be readmitted to hosp. I hope it soon starts to seal
I am in hospital on friday for an op to remove the pregnancy tumor on my finger. Just hope that it works and heals in time for when junior arrives as i am fed up with wearing a rubber glove in the shower
