Is funny with this weather isn't it?? All the weather presenters are like ooooooooooh isn't it great but I'm shouting at them as they are not preggers and have to do things in the heat, like get to work and then work.
Quick question ladies that are here I have to go the docs this week (I am 23 weeks) for another prescription of my indigestion tablets. In my schedule I meant to have an appointment at 25 weeks, so do I need another one then or will this do as feel like I'm there every week at the mo!!
Also sorry, in the last week or so I have noticed needing a wee a lot more - is this common or should I mention this to the docs??Thomas born 28/08/2010 weighing 5lbs and 4ounces, small but perfectly formed :j:j Now weighs 19lbs and 5 ounces

Can you ring them and ask for a repeat prescription? Is your 25 weeks appointment with thw GP or the MW?

1more: it's good to know there are more people from my area on here was beginning to think I was all alone!
Tigtag: I told him 'the baby needs food' and he cooked me some sausages and burgers and made a salad, very impressive! Feel very full now but there might be space for some ice cream!
I'm dreading going back to work tomorrow, last week was unbearable in the heat, there's tonnes of windows but manager won't let me open them so I was boiling over all week. Bought some volvic ready to take in. Got hospital appt at 4pm so at least I don't have to work a full day!0 -

im currently 22 wks pregnant with my first baby, had my big scan last week, and im on team blue :j
just had a browse over the past few pages RE names im feeling the dilemma myself at the moment. i had LOTS of beautiful girls names written down, and NO boys names. the only one i like is Noah which my OH hates as he thinks it sounds gay?? so we are having a slight disagreement on that frontgetting a bit sick of trying to pick a name so might just wing it and see when the baby is born what i like.
anyone started taking their iron tablets yet? how are you all finding them? i got mine at 18 wks and i took them for one week and then stopped as i was SO constipated it was horrible. doctor has told me i need to take them but i really really dont want to. does anyone know if its necessary to take them at this stage? or have any of you ladies got any alternatives?
hope you are all keeping well and your bumps are behaving themselvesx
edit to add i LOVE the name Fern its beautiful.
Sorry just noticed your post! Pre-pregnancy I was very amaemic and had to take iron tablets daily. My mum is the same and said to try avoid them during pregnancy as she found them a nightmare. So I stopped taking them and have just carried on taking my pregnancy multivits and omega 3 and will all the way through (I know some MWs tell you you can stop at 12 weeks).
So far my iron levels have been fine at every appointment, are you taking any pregnancy vits?0 -

Have you had your risk assessment with HR? If so when is your follow up due? I would bring the heat up in this unless you can discuss it with someone sooner.
:T:T to OH for cooking your dinner. As mine has spent all weekend boarding and insulating the nursery and I have sat on my huge @ss and done sweet Fanny Adams I daren't push my luck and pull the 'the baby needs' card :rotfl::heartpuls baby no3 due 16th November :heartpulsTEAM YELLOWDFD 16/6/10"Shut your gob!
