dh is back from watch the 4x4`s but hes brought half the village kids with him :mad::mad: i now have about 10 screaming kids in my garden in the pool :mad::mad::mad: dh being the biggest of all
had some visitors just after my post "im board" today my nan & my auntie who have been on hols to thailand for a month so that was nice & my sister was here too a good ole girls gosip and a winge about my mother that was well over due:rotfl:0 -
Have you had your risk assessment with HR? If so when is your follow up due? I would bring the heat up in this unless you can discuss it with someone sooner.
:T:T to OH for cooking your dinner. As mine has spent all weekend boarding and insulating the nursery and I have sat on my huge @ss and done sweet Fanny Adams I daren't push my luck and pull the 'the baby needs' card :rotfl:
I've had one risk assessment, is there another due?! My manager is a complete d*ck and his biggest concern for my 'pregnancy wellbeing' was that I dont trip over my trousers!!! A manager from the company that share the building with us has given me some info about heat/ etc and working in pregnancy so I am going to give all that to the management board above my manager this week. I discovered a freezer at work on friday and I was so pleased I could have cried, but I cant just sit there all day scoffing ice lollies! Hehe.
Well done to your OH working on the nursery.. can you send him here?! Lol. I was hoping my OH would put up a blackout blind today in the baby's room but he has said he cant do it yet as it needs to be cut, well i know that!!! Now he is drinking beers with his mate and playing guitar. Maybe next weekend me and him can both work on the nursery, its still so full of his junk, it needs to go!!
My mum just phoned and said she had been to a car boot sale and bought some bits for the baby (bless her!) she said one baby grow is size 'tiny baby' which probably wont be anygood but she had to buy it as it was 'too cute not to' lol! Got a feeling this baby will be huge, it just wants food all the timeand bad bad unhealthy chocolately stuff!! Lol. I will post a pic of my bump later (if I can climb over the drunken guitarists to get my camera!) as I really feel like I have gone HUGE in the past couple of weeks! Proper fatty!

I'm not sure if you have to have follow ups but I know that my HR department have told my TL to do so! Not sure if the maternity alliance still exist but give them a google if its still unbarable tomorrow and if so give them a call for advice.kitkat5566 wrote: »Well done to your OH working on the nursery.. can you send him here?! My house is seriously the house that Jack built and I have never been able to afford to do it up until I met OH (and a possible inheritence - 25 sleeps till I find out) but since he moved in in January we have decorated DD1's room and completely renovated DD2's new room (are we friends on FB? (I added so many of you I forget who is who
:o) If so you will see the pics). The nursery has had a new window fitted and all the plaster pulled back to the brick / latt and lime. The dust is driving me crazy but I understand I cant really complain.
Tell your OH next weekend he either helps you do the nursery or you will make him go shoppingkitkat5566 wrote: »My mum just phoned and said she had been to a car boot sale and bought some bits for the baby (bless her!) she said one baby grow is size 'tiny baby' which probably wont be anygood but she had to buy it as it was 'too cute not to' lol! I'm not sure if we're friends on facebook, just had a look thru but theres a few I have to admit I've forgotten who they are :rotfl: my first name is kat on facebook so its similar to kitkatcan you see if Im on yours?! I wana c the pics now!!!
OH has already got out of shopping! I have a hospital appt tom and was planning on popping to babies r us as I want some baskets for the changing unit, and he is doing some electrical work so now I am taking my mum with me. Its so funny as he moans he hates shopping for baby stuff but when we look at the stuff he always points bits out to me that we must get, he is worse than me!
Sorry to hear your mums not with you anymore *hugs* bet it must be difficult. My mum has got us loads of stuff so far and is keeping it all in my old bedroom, I do worry how we will fit it all in our tiny house!! She washed and ironed all the clothes and blankets yesterday, I have done some here but she has been a great help.
Not realy sure how big my bump should be! I had nothing for weeks and weeks, and then WHAM it all piled on! I would probably still say I dont look pregnant I just look fat, lol. A friend of mine carried her little boy full term, and was massive and when he arrived he weighed 4 pounds! Sooo tiny!0 -

I think I have just added you - if you have a request from a JW then I got the right person.
I think that its pretty cool your mum is keeping the baby's stuff in your old room.
4lbs is just so dinky. I thought DD2 was small at just over 6lb but she was on the NICU and all the other babies in there were 2lb peemies so she looked enormous!!:heartpuls baby no3 due 16th November :heartpulsTEAM YELLOWDFD 16/6/10"Shut your gob! Ouch :eek: My DD1 was 8lb 5.5oz and even though DD2 was a tiny 6lb 1oz she was 1) 4 weeks early and 2) born with a congenital birth defect which would usually account for low birth weight!!
I have informed OH if he hasnt given me a 7.5lber which comes about 10 days early he's in trouble:heartpuls baby no3 due 16th November :heartpulsTEAM YELLOWDFD 16/6/10"Shut your gob! Or I'll come round your houses and stamp on all your toys" The ONE, the ONLY, the LEGENDARY Gene Hunt :heart2:0 -
