Oh shit... I've just been in the bedroom with the tape measure ( slaps all those with dirty minds:p:rotfl:) and the cot we're gonna get won't fit in!!!!!

It might fit if we get rid of a shelf unit that we're using for bubs bits (with cutie little baskets) and maybe get a small chest of drawers:think:

And thats not fair.... I haven't got my boots vouchers yet!!!:p

Yep... as soon as I started typing bedroom and tape measure I thought :eek::eek: I knew there'd be others;):p:rotfl:

It won't fit anywhere:( We're gonna have to move our chest of drawers and wardrobe as it is. Maybe when we start moving the furniture around things will work out *waits impatiently for DH to help with that*

    Morning all,

I'm counting down the days until Friday when hopefully we can find out the babys flavour :j We're very excited but not bothered either way as long as its healthy. :)

If you remember me mentioning that work was naff and they were treating me badly ? No risk assessment , no desk or chair to sit on on my first day back from mat leave etc...I've not been on much as I've been stressed and down with it all. They tried to get rid of me for being pregnant by taking my job away from me. Im off sick now and looks like i can start all my annual leave when my sick note runs out and then go onto mat leave at 29 weeks. Im so not going back there!

I think its shocking that people feel that they can treat people this way especially when they are growing a baby! :(

Right I really need to read back a few pages but havent got the time ... have we had any births recently..can anyone update me ??

Hi - Its completely normal and even normal not to feel them until further on in your pregnancy. Try lying down and relaxing and see if you feel anything then they wont be big movements yet so you may be missing them.

Every one grows at different rates, try not to compare yourself to others , you may just suddenly get bigger overnight. I showed straightaway due to having number 6 but really grew between weeks 17 -18.

    Long post! sorry

I think its awful the way your work are treating you, it should not be allowed, this is the last thing you need with being pregnant. Have you thought about taking it further, as I think if you take your employer to a tribunal I dont think you have to pay legal fees? Not 100% on this though, I just know when I had a tribunal for unfair dismissal several years back it didn't cost me a penny.

My work isnt being too bad, the one bloke in the office keeps forgetting and asking me to lift furniture, when I say no he keeps saying 'its only a wardrobe/ bed/ sideboard/ etc!' My manager is driving me mad, going on at me all the time, he just keeps repeating stuff and nagging at me about stupid things.

could you not get a wardrobe for yourselves with integrated drawers??? or chuck out some of DH's clothes:whistle::D
you'll probs find that when you move stuff about it'll miraculously fit in somewhere:)

Fuzz; with the free boots changing bag I just took the voucher to the till and asked if they had them, at my store they kept them in their stock room so went and got one while I waited. Not sure if this is all stores though! The bag comes in a massive box!!!
