Esio it looks good to me but have you considered the following to lighten the load its only a little change but saves luggin half the bathroom with you :-)

    Me

    Notes
Nightie for labour/immediately post section (1)
Light dressing gown (1) I took a dressing gown but never used it especially with jimjams on it was just to flaming warm in there
Slippers (1 pair) Ditch them and wear some sandel/flipflop style shoes there and whilst in
Socks get sock with the grips on the bottom you may be able to ditch the slippers/flipflops altogether
breast feeding jammies with roll over waist (thinking of possible stitches) (1 bottom 2 tops)
    nursing bras (yet to buy)
clothes to come home in (likely trackies or similar)
Big underwear (yet to buy - will make a trip to m&s for granny pants through this week!)
2 packs maternity towels & disposal bags
    15 pairs breast pads
    hairbrush and bobbles
Toiletries and bag (shampoo, conditioner, simple shower gel, sponge, toothbrush/toothpaste, cleansing wipes, face wash, deoderant) Ditch the shampoo and conditioner and buy a two in one thats one bottle down (you can also get travel sizes too) also the face wipes and the face wash use the shower gel or just water and take a travel size jar of moisturiser.
    Towels (1 big, 1 small)
cooling spray i just took an empty squirty bottle and filled it with cold water from the water dispenser works just as well.
Baby oil for back rubs if needed ditched the big bottle and used an old small bottle that was lying round the bathroom washed a refilled with baby oil

snacks/drinks et al will be bought next time I go to the supermarket - thinking breakfast bars/dried fruit/juice

As i said only small things but will help with weight and packing :-)

It amazes me everything i was given to do with the scans says it perfectly safe then they go and limit how many you can have as they dont actually know if it does anything to baby

ta for the feedback - justifications and omissions below!

Change mat is the folding free huggies one so takes up next to no space - only reason it went in there! Shall rethink it if I'm short of space - though I think everything fits in the baby's bag so far!

PJs - will think about popping another couple of vest tops in there - just in case!

Dressing gown - comes with the nightie, only reason I included it! Also, because the nightie has spaghetti straps and it might stop me feeling so exposed - shall give it a think though and if I'm short on space, it'll go!

toiletries - everything is travel or trial sized so can't really cut it down any unfortunately. Thank you for reminding me about moisturiser though, I'm sure I'd have forgotten it - also, to be vain, shall add mascara in case of photographs!

Slippers - good thought about the flip flops, I live in them at the moment anyway so chances are, I'd be wearing 'em!

Congrats on the BFP...after 6yrs, you must be absolutely thrilled:D

Sir M - Congrats on team blue....as a mum of 3 boys I can vouch for how fabulous they are:)

Lovely weather here today. Ds2 got sent home from school poorly so tucked him into bed watching films:(

Flaming cat had brought a dead baby bird in overnight, so that was a lovely sight to come down to this morning!! That is the second baby bird so far and he has given us 3 mice already this year...he clearly loves us;)

    xx
