Hi everyone, hope you're all ok, my bump goes really heavy at times, I think it's when she finds a comfy corner and really leans!
Bufger, My hubby could feel mine wriggle quite early on too, I doubted it at first, but whenever I felt a little kick he said he could too.
We were up at daft a clock yesterday morning to do a carboot sale, we had a ton of junk from clearing out and made in total £177, which is hopefully going towards a car seat.
Has anyone decided which car seat they are having? we were thinking the maxi cosi cabriofix, which with the isofix base is about £226
Also Xmas those pics are goreous, I think it's so wierd that they already look so much like real babies, if that makes sense
Smartie, sorry you didn't get a pic, but i agree if s/he is wriggling a lot then I'm sure s/he is very happy.
We have antenatal classes with our NHS, I think they just renamed it parentcraft

Smartie my reckoning is that bubs is a girl and she's already a drama queen:p:D Talk about keeping everyone in suspense! :)
Glad you at least got to see a cheeky little face:D

It could be a boy and a "drama queen"!!!:rotfl:

We popped to the shops after scan (it was at 8.30 although we didn't get seen for ages!) and all the neutral stuff HAS GONE!!!!:eek::eek: Our intention was to buy a "I'm a little sister/brother" tshirt and give it to DS when he got home from school -but of course we couldn't. Had some M&S vouchers to spend and there was NOTHING for team yellow *confused smiley*

I found M&S carp for neutral clothes, all I managed to get was a white jacket and white knitted blanket from a larger store as my local only had pink/ blue. The store I got the stuff from was MASSIVE ans i cant believe thats all they had!

Kitkat...12.50 isnt bad at all for a tix...think parking currently stands at £7. I have been receiveing anti natal on the nhs under the name of parentcraft. Have got my 3rd session today which is all about abnormal birth  The midwife running it was going to dig out an old video as she said it "shows things more realistically"!!!!!

Smartie...i think the ranges for neutral stuff pretty rubbish too. The only place that i have bought from has been Sainsburys as i found them to be quite generous on the sizing. I have only bought the miminum stuff i need as i am planning on sending OH or parents out for a few bits once junior is born. But i know i have got sooooo many people that are excited about junior coming along that i know we are going to get lots of prezzies :T

I thought £12.50 was reasonable, but it is just the fuel and parking! I will speak to OH tonight and see what he thinks, we really cant afford it but I think it would be a good day!

In my area there is no free antenatal classes, you have to pay between £8-£15 per hour for classes which I cannot afford, cant believe it isnt free surely its a basic requirement?!?!

    Welcome Louise! Congratulations!

    Congrats!!

Well I am a bit disappointed today :( I thought baby was going to make an experience last night.........had really light contractions around 7pm. I bounced on my ball for about an hour and a half and they didn't get worse or more regular. I felt tired so I thought it best to go to bed and sleep through this early stage and let the contractions wake me when they got worse. But it all stopped when I went to bed. I got up at midnight and had another bounce on my ball and a cold drink of water but nothing started again :( So I went back to bed. had no contractions since but baby doesn't seem to have much room to move - it is trying to move alot! and it is very low.

I thought I this baby would be here by now - I had ds at 37+2 (I will be 38 wks tomorrow) I just hope last night was my body getting ready slowly for a nice quick and easy labour very soon :D I had a quick and easy labour with ds but it started with my waters going and I then had strong contractions every 5 mins straight away - no doubting I was in labour then!

Anyone else having slow light contraction episodes with them not turning into real labour??
