Aw inspired by me Gena :) glad you got some bargains! I can't believe how much I have got, most things are hardly used.

Cafc: my bank said I have to wait 4 days for all transactions to show, still not sure if there's anything left in my account. We got abit of food today, about £20 worth so not loads!

Cleaned OHs company car today ready for it to go back :( also weeded the garden, did 4 loads of washing and sorted the wardrobe!

Anyone going to the baby show at nec next weekend?

    Evening ladies

I hope we are all well.

Just a quick ? can anyone tell me where to get calcuim tablets that havent got vitamin d in them? Everywhere i seem to look they all contain vit d.

I have spent 4 hours down the alotment today "pottering" as i cant really do anything physical but as i have been leaning over for most of the afternoon i now feel huge as junior really seems to have pushed forward

The calcium I take has added Vit D in it, I thought it was best to have both as Vit D helps the body to absorb calcium (like taking your iron supplememts with orange juice etc) I thought the only one to watch out for was no Vit E added to your Evening primrose oil due to the concerns over heart defects and still births.

I may well be completely wrong though, and if there is a prob with the Vit D tell me so I can stop taking them!!! :)

    Morning ladies.

Sorry i havent posted all weekend, ive been really busy! My OH is doing well although shes just coming down with a cold i think. We have a MW appointment tomorrow so im getting home early from work to go, we know everything is ok as i was listening to the heartbeat last night and then.... we felt it kick! she's 15+4 and we definately definately felt it kick from putting a flat hand on her tummy. I didnt think you were able to from this early so we're now thinking they may have her dates wrong?

I also bought a new car, one thats safer than my heap of junk so my OH can drive around safely and baby will be safe too :D

Bufger- 'they' say you can't feel it that early, but my DH could feel our first DD from 16 weeks and this time he could feel it from 13 weeks, it all depends on babies position and IMO if you are very involved (as you are) and touch bump a lot then your chances are increased of feeling movement.

How exciting, it is lovely when you first feel them squiggling about :D

From what ive read it can be painfull going for a number 2 (straining etc) and standing up suddenly can also hurt. basically people have said it feels weird and 'as if your guts are going to fall out' but they dont so dont worry! Just be prepared for the first poo :A

Hopefully someone thats actually had one will be able to give you a more accurate reply! Ive dropped my guts a few times but it normally hurts/offends other people more than me :D
