Love the bump pics ladies, my bump is like a wobbly belly so don't sure I'll post mine yet!
mine too. Am 16 weeks on Sat so hoping to pop soon! Though I am a bit overweight anyway so think it shows less. Have been panicking a bit looking at other peoples pics and worrying a bit that I'm too small. I looked like I had more of a bump last weekend but turns out i was v constipated!! :rotfl:

    tea tree oil is good.

I have ante-natal at my drs tomorrow, I presume I will then meet 'my' midwife. I am a bit worried (i am a worrier!) that something will be wrong (i.e. she won't be able to hear heartbeat etc) though I am sure i've felt wriggling from time to time.

DH is away tonight, back around 2am so I will probably be woken up! I'll be glad to know he's back though. I've had a couple of incredibly busy days at work and am looking forward to working from home tomorrow morning. I have quite a few emails to do but nothing too onerous. I'm also going to pick up some nappies from a woman about 20 mins away...she wants me to go by 10am which is a bit of a pain as I'll have to get dressed but hey.

Update on our room situation, I got in last night after my evening course and DH had moved most of the stuff from the baby's room! And we measured up and we can get all the bookcases into the big room and so bubs' room will be just for bubs :) I'll definitely be looking for those wall things.

ETA: smartie - look after yourself xx

Pigpen, that's awful about your uncle. *Hugs*

Sonee, that sounds like baby was being very cute for your scan. Sounds like a good idea about the clothes though.

Rach, have you had your booking in? All my MW did at the 16 week was check blood pressure, wee and then did bubs heartbeat. Nowt exciting.

yeah, had booking in at 8 weeks but was at the hospital with diff midwife. I didn't expect it would be much more than you say, but will be glad to hear the heartbeat. I have a wee pot here, should I just do that before I go?

Pigpen - so sorry to hear about your uncle - what a horrible situation all round.

Sonnee - so glad your scan went well, sounds lovely :)

Rach - So far I have seen about 6 different midwives! There are 2 that I have seen twice tho and luckily they were the nicest.

I'm just repacking my hospital bag as I couldn't fit everything in and DH's stuff had to go into 2 bags. Hoping the drinks will go in mine now as I don't want to look like idiots when we turn up with 4 bags!

Rach, I normally leave it as late as possible for the wee, then I have to wrap it up in bag, cos I'm paranoid it'll leak in my bag!

Stop tormenting me with visions of your lovely bookcases!!!! :rotfl::rotfl:I miss mine from when I left Australia (met the OH and basically haven't been back since [smacks own wrist at naughtiness])

Arghhh i have a chocolate craving and the only thing in the house is bubs easter egg and i cant touch that

Rach i always do a wee sample you can guarentee if you dont they will want one ;-)

Gill i wouldnt worry about getting the drinks and snacks in there just pop them in a carrier bag it will save you having to turn your hospital bag out looking for that last bottle of pop/water that always dissapears to the bottom. What on earth is your DH taking with him? and they say we women cant travel light lol ;-)

good idea, i'll do a wee in the pot before I go!! The pots seem to be quite strong and well sealed so hopefully will be ok!

Dh should be setting off home at 10pm, I am waiting for the washer to finish then going to bed as it needs hanging up.
