No still here.. just having a very rough few days.. My uncle was found dead in his apartment in Germany last week.. apparently he had been dead 2-3 weeks and the neighbours had complained about the smell.. and then they took a week to find my auntie over here and we are now dealign with trying to get him back here for a funeral. His children have been put up for adoption and things are pretty gruesome TBH.
On a plus note.. had another scan today (5 so far this pregnancy! My record is 17) and all is still well.. gender was confirmed same as last week.. was a trainee so we were testing her abiility....
I have been trying to empty my bedpit all week to ft the baby stuff in.. we now have a chest of drawers.. and hopefully by the end of the weekend we will have a cot too!
We were at Ikea Tuesday buying 4 chests of drawers so everyone can have a clothing sort and a cupboad rejig.. hopefully creating space and tidiness.. Time will tell!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

Anyone have/had problems with their kidneys cos of bubs?? I have been in AGONY with a pain in that area. I know I should phone docs up or someone but whenever there's anything wrong with me they send me straight to hospital and I don't want to go:o:o:o I've also had pains in front of bump but have felt bean wiggling away:) I feel a little better so I'll see what the I'm like tomorrow.
And where can I get some basic nice stretchy trousers?? Don't have to be maternity. Bear in mind we don't have many chains of shops round these parts!!BLOWINGBUBBLES:kisses2: SMARTIE120 -

Hi ladies
Pigpen-sorry to hear about your uncle x
I saw baby today at my 28 week scan, he or she was busy playing by grabbing both feet by hands and wriggling his or her bum, while the sonographer was scanning baby let go and started to suck his or her thumb-it made my day.
It's not a tiny baby either 3lbs already which is good.
Met the new consultant who was very nice and chirpy and he advised me about the pros and cons of c section but agreed that it was the most likely option unless I wanted to try to experience a little bit of labour and then have the c section when things progress.I declined that option so will be seeing him again at 34 weeks to set date for op.
Will have to swap some of the clothes I've been buying for bigger sizes as most of what I've bought is new baby which I think baby willl grow out of within a week .Love can tame the wildest0 -
They are abit cheaper if you buy online cafc these are what ive found on amazon so far http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/?ie=UTF8&keywords=ear+thermometer&!!!!!googhydr-21&index=drugstore&hvadid=4784599489&ref=pd_sl_2jrwvwho0x_b
I have to say i bought a braun one with my first and it was worth every penny unfortunately it gave up the ghost just before bubs was born but i had 11yrs use out of it so £3 a year isnt bad if you look at it like that. I really must invest in a new one.
I've been a bit emotional today dunno why i'm watchin DIY SOS and its only been on 10 mins and im already sniffleing.
We were given a tv a couple of weeks ago and its been sat in the corner gathering dust so i set it up today its a big 32" old style thing and its been so odd trying to watch it after having my LCD you might wonder why i swapped them over but my LCD is only a small 21" so that has been relagated to the bedroom for now i will probably swap them back soon though i just cant get used this one and i didnt really want it they just turned up with it. Its free so shouldnt complain :-):jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j0
