So.... how do I wake little bean up???

    I'm now convincing myself I haven't felt him today:o

And I'm fed up with being team yellow. If anyone comes across something nice in team yellow please let me know. I always see nice things for team pink and blue.

Think I feel the same Smartie, there is hardly anything in yellow or neutral colors, and I keep finding pink/ blue items on good offers. But I kinda wana suprise! Its also good as I think I'm having a boy and OH thinks its a girl. I have bought afew blue items as I think they would be fine for a boy or girl!

I normally drink something fizzy or a coffee and that seems to wake up bubs, but i do have to admit at the weekend i went into a panic as bubs wudnt kick. Think they do this to keep you on your toes!

Thanks Pigpen, I will tell OH your exact words!!! I think we will have eggs for tea tonight! :D

Don't know if this is helpful but I'm on team yellow and hav had a few lovely yellow outfits. Disney store have the dumbo range which is unisex and a very light yellow mixed with white, they have rompers, sleepsuits, hat & bib and matching blanket.
Next have a lovely sleepsuit in a gorgeous yellow shade with a duck motif , I think I paid £6 for it and mothercare have some nice things too.
I picked up a towelling material yellow dungaree type romper with a vest from there -it's very neutral. Some of the classic winnie the pooh range is yellowy cream too.
    Love can tame the wildest
  • OMG prawns and Fosters....i might just have to back out of here quietly! My faves - and smoked salmon......yum!

    Hope you are all goody-good!

Oh darn you all - i will need to go to morrisons tonight now, lol!

I have even had pate on french bread over xmas....i couldn't deny myself that while everyone else was eating it, talk about torture. I'm with everyone who says moderation is key...;) It also keeps you happy too which is is healthier in turn :D
Mummy of 3 lovely munchkins :smileyhea

Sonnee.. I am now looking at the Disney store online... and I blame you!!! Lol. They have some beautiful items, I dont have a store anywhere near me but it doesnt hurt to look!! I have to admit I have gone for lots of Disney items (mainly 2nd hand) things like Winnie the Pooh (got so much of this!) 101 Dalmatians (very hard to find!) Dumbo, and I have lots of Next items which are always good, got a couple of stripey romper suits that are yellow and white, OH reckons they looks like gay sailor outfits! I've gone for yellow, white, blue, red, green, cream, etc. Got some Next outfits that say 'i love mummy' or 'i love daddy' lol, very cute :D

  • Smartie, labour ward have all the numbers for the on call midwives in your team, so give them a ring, you are not being a problem to them, there is no reason to wait and see, they will check you upstairs on Day Assessment Unit or Labour Ward if they can't get a midwife to you. No harm in ringing them.

Hi folks, welcome to the coach load of ladies that have arrived here in the last few weeks! Lovely to see you all here and everyone so chatty

    Congratulations Gill, Thomas is scrummy!

I'm another SPD sufferer also still suffering with Hyperemesis and Irritable Uterus. I'm not the happiest person to be around but I hope that will all change after the new addition has arrived!

Have been monitored well and am booked in for induction in 2 weeks @ 39 weeks if sprout doesn't make an appearance before this time. I would normally not be keen on induction but this pregnancy has been a totally different ball game. Yesterday, sprout measured 7Ibs 2oz, so we would be still heading for a biggie if I were to go to term or over, that is when SPD could be more tricky for me.

I discussed with Midwife positions in labour, as SPD is incredibly restricting, so I feel a little bit more prepared. We have also discussed trying to evict before induction and have a number of things I will try.

Hugs to all, labour vibes to everyone that needs them :)
