    Thanks ladies :)

So, after staying the same weight again this week, I am determined to lose by next weekend! So, in that line of thought, I've made a yummy couscous pot to take to school tomorrow for my lunch - containing 50g of couscous, 4 baby toms chopped, 4 slices of cucumber chopped, one thick slice of red pepper, and 30g of feta cheese :) I've also got an apple for breaktime, so I'm not tempted by toast!

Try measuring yourself as well SF, some weeks you can lose inches, even if you don't lose weight. Also tot up all the inches you lose...it all adds up to be an incentive to keep going. :j I have made Excel graphs of my weight- and inch-losses..in the past...must do this again and see how much I can manage to lose before Xmas!!!
