Glad you are having a nice lazy day SF, we are sort of too.
DS2 did some weeding before the rain came, while I pottered about in the house. After lunch we sat down and looked at unis and their courses to see if there was anything that he fancied applying to, to start in 2012. Thankfully there are quite a few, so he is going to investigate further, and we will organize an Open Day visiting plan. At least he is now considering going to Uni...after all, there are few jobs out there atm.:o
Off to get some baking done before tea, there are some squished over-ripe bananas needing to be turned into something much more appetizing

:hello: Keiss, nice to see you! Glad to see DS is thinking about uni - especially as the job situation at the moment is so dire
what is he thinking of doing? and what did you turn the bananas into?

I'm much more pleased with my eating again today; I do feel more in control and that I know I can say no. Also, I have had a couple of treats (lemon cake, anyone?) but have still stayed within the calorie total.
Today I have had:
b - shreddies with semi skimmed milk - 154 cals
s - 1 jaffa cake - 46 cals
l - ham salad with wholemeal roll - 300 cals, small slice of lemon cake - 150 cals
d - small salmon fillet with sweet chilli sauce, 3 new potatoes and some cauliflower - 400 cals, 3 plums - 90 cals
Total - 1140 cals
Pretty happy with thatI just need to continue with it! I'm meeting a friend for coffee tomorrow morning, so I'll have to avoid the cakes there!

I'm having a bit of a down day today
just feel really stressed by things, but trying not to get upset. I have treated myself to a small hot chocolate from Co$ta as a treat (179 cals) as I was feeling like I might binge earlier, but that has done the trick.
Just checked the wedding savings and they're now up to £2694.78 so they're plodding along too. We really need to get the invitations sorted; I think we're just going to order them rather than make them as I'm not really artisticmusician yes, art-y no. We've been looking around and found some on €bay which look really nice.
I really need to shake myself out of this mood....Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.
