Hya SF, glad you had such a great holiday!!
I ate far too much on my holiday, and I was away for three weeks, staying with either family or friends, so little control over what I ate - well, I suppose I could have controlled how much I ate :rotfl:
Still, in my first week back home, I have lost 5 pounds :j. That's not specifically dieting as such, just eating sensibly and having fewer treats.
Did WW a good few years back and it works well, though I tend to favour R-Conley as I like the exercises...not that I have started doing any yet...just weeding the garden so far

Hah! Since my last Fat Club (two weeks ago) there have been three Frankie and Bennys, a Chinese, loads of fudge and two scoops of Ben and Jerrys.Hoping to get down into the next stone this week.
