Thanks guys
Okay, so after eating like an absolute beast on holiday, I have jumped firmly back on the dieting wagon today. I've counted calories for the first time in ages:
b - 2 slices of toast with a scraping of PB - 230 cals
l - 2 wheetabix with skimmed milk - 195 cals
s - vanilla yogurt - 91 cals
t - crispy chicken with baked beans - 416 cals, raspberries - 20 cals, half a kit kat - 53.5
Total: 1005.5 cals
I think my aim for the next couple of weeks is to stay within the 1000-1200 cals range, and see where it goes.Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Good luck to you! I'm doing Weight Watchers which seems to allow me to eat like a piggy and still lose weightI've never succeeded with calorie counting
