Kind of - it's for a supply agency and they've taken me on, but it's a case of they'll ring on the morning if there's work that day, so I'm not sure what will come of it. Better than nothing though

Footie - eesh, hope today went okay for you!

I've had a pretty good day Not done much, as it's been chucking it down here most of today, but I've been sat reading on the sofa, with a cup of tea, I've watched some foodie programs on tv, and have just had a nice day, ended with a lovely evening walk with OH in the evening sunshine - the only time the sun has shown it's face all day!

Food wise, it's been okay:
b - 2 wheetabix with warm skimmed milk and 3 strawberries
l - WW tomato soup, peach
s - breakaway biscuit (99 cals)
t - pork loin steak with a HM sweet and sour sauce, with garlic roasted new pots and sweetcorn, slice of watermelon

Not bad, and tea was really yummy I just made up the sauce (soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, hendersons relish and some chicken stock mixed together with a teaspoon of honey and then added to the pan with the juices) and it turned out really nice and sticky, just perfect. OH's plate was sparkling by the end, so he clearly enjoyed it! It probably wasn't the most healthy of dinners, which very yummy just the same.

Oh, and NSD number 3 for me today.

Sounds like you had my kind of day relaxing with some me time..Work was ok busy for me though, in the end I didnt leave till 8.45 :eek: forgot the time whilst sorting netball stuff, while I had the chance, if I waited till I got home, I wouldnt have done it, so productive all round for me.

Tea sounds yummy, I take it there's none left Well done on the NSDs chick and food for the day. Sounds ok to me.

Have a good day tomorrow x;) Another 10 hour day for me and thats when I get to work...2 more to do after that then off for 3, have to go in on my 4th one to do a presentation but I can save that day to use elsewhere when needed.

Re: supply teaching

You may end up going back to the same school and they may end up taking you on a permanent contract. This has happened to supply teachers in my school and others I have worked in. Good luck with it all.
