The only reason I missed it was because I didn't get up in time!Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Hey SF
Sounds like you doing alright with the calorie counting, little slip ups are not too bad as long as you dont trail off. The walking will help, as long as it doesnt rain too much otherwise its not good getting soaked.
Is the job supply teaching or have I missed something hope not...naughty me if I have
Have a good day hun and catch up with you soon. I have been so busy and tired that I haven't really been on MSE, its quick visits this week, but fingers crossed I wont leave it too long, work etc permitting.

I have to confess
I have spent so much in the last two days! Yesterday I met a friend from university in Leeds, and bought 3 pairs of shoes () 2 pairs of jeans and had lunch out. Today I met another friend from university at Meadowhall and bought an hoodie (£40) and also had lunch out. Eeeeeek!

Oh dear to the spending SF, bit if you will wear and use regularly everything you bought, then it is not so much of a problem. We all need to have a few new things once in a while. Bet you enjoyed buying them!
I've been decorating most of today, followed by bread making and tea...which invlolved BBQ marinaded pork ribs, roasted squash, then bread and butter pudding...that's my decadence for the day!
Off to bed now..shattered,,,and more painting tomorrow.

Thanks ladies
Nothing much to report, my mum is coming over for sunday lunch today so am just waiting for her to arrivewith the dog in tow, and I always like having him around! Oh, how I wish we were allowed pets in our rented house!
Friday was a training day and the kids are back at school tomorrow where I have some supply work, so am a bit apprehensive, but we shall see how it goes... :eek:Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.
