    Another day over - today went very quickly! It hasn't been a NSD though - I needed to get petrol and some other bits and bobs.

    Food today for me:
    b - shreddies with semi skimmed milk - 154 cals
    l - ham sandwich (232 cals) sunbites (120 cals) fruit cookie (150 cals) - 502 cals
    s - co$ta coffee hot chocolate - 262 cals
    t - chicken and noodles (273 cals) cheddar cheese :o (200 cals) - 473 calories
    Total: 1391 calories

    Slightly higher than I wanted, but I really fancied a hot chocolate so decided to treat myself :) hopefully it won't impact in the long run.

    My life is so not exciting at the moment! Another NSD for me as had nothing to buy.

    Food wise:
    b - shreddies with skimmed milk (185 cals), 2 slices of granary toast (250 cals) - 435 cals
    l - ham sandwich (294.5 cals) banana (100 cals) 2 raisin biscuits (152 cals) - 546.5 cals
    t - fishcake (198 cals) 1 waffle (105 cals) baked beans (201 cals) 1 jaffa cake (42 cals) - 546 cals

    Exercise: 162.8 cals burnt on active game

    Total for today: 1364.7 calories

    I am going to try harder tomorrow to get the end result lower! :)

    Keiss - teenagers eh?! :D Are those boots expensive?
    He found some "cheap" ones at £50 online...there are loads over £100, so I suppose it could have been much worse :o
    Oooh, just realised its 200 days til I get married :j :j :j

    We're getting there slowly :) however, we still haven't done the invitations yet! oops :o

    I've stayed the same weight again this week, I can't believe it :(:( I've eaten a lot today because I'm so annoyed.

    Ho hum. On to tomorrow.

    So, had another NSD today, as have been at work all day so haven't had anything to spend on, which is always good :) another day over, so to speak!

    So, feeling pretty pleased with today's food intake :)

    b - shreddies with skimmed milk - 181.5 cals
    l - humous with carrot sticks, celery, cucumber sticks and some raw pepper (108.62 cals), 2 raisin biscuits (152 cals) - 260.62
    t - 2 chicken fajitas with salad (620.5 cals), grapefruit (70 cals) milky way (120 cals) - 810.5 cals

    Exercise = -189.4 cals burnt on active game

    Total for today: 1063.22 calories

    Sorry your weight is static atm SF, mine too :(:(

    You really do need to eat more than 1000 cals a day though....as WW say...you need fuel to get the engine working properly in order to burn calories, otherwise your body goes into starvation mode and stores everything as fat!!! :eek:

    My problem is that I eat too much and don't exercise enough, so I know what I need to do...:o

    Good luck in the coming week....lets hope we both manage to lose some weight by next Monday :)
