I've got an interview! :j :j on Monday  trying not to get my hopes up, as I know I am one of 7 people being interviewed for the same job, but it's a step closer. I'm going to keep everything crossed, and plan lots and lots so hopefully they will like me!

    My food today:
    b - shreddies with skimmed milk - 181.5 cals
    s - apple - 60 cals
l - humous with carrots, celery, cucumber and yellow pepper (98.36 cals), 1 banana (100 cals) 2 raisin biscuits (154 cals) - 352.36 cals
    s - salt n vinegar crisps - 181 cals :o
    t - quiche (260 cals) 2 waffles (192 cals) and salad (40 cals), jaffa cake (42 cals) - 534 cals

Exercise - 157 cals burnt on active game

    Total for today: 1151.86 calories.

I'm pleased with that, I'm determined to have a loss this week :( I've not had a NSD today either, as I had to post another application off so spent at the post office. I also picked up a little treat for OH from sainsbugs.

Congratulations SF, and good luck, both with the weight loss as well as the interview! :T

Why is it when I decide to work hard at trying to lose weight, I get hungrier!!? :o

Thanks ladies, I will have to prepare lots over the weekend, and just pray that some luck comes my way on Monday! It's not been a NSD for me today - I had to pick up a prescription from the pharmacy. Still, a justified spend but a spend none the less. At least I wasn't tempted to go into Co$ta on the way home; I think that was a good thing on my part :D

My food today hasn't been very good... :o

b - shreddies with skimmed milk (146 cals) 2 slices of granary toast (250 cals) - 396 cals
    l - crudites and hummous (90.08 cals) babyb£ll (42 cals) sunbites (120 cals) banana (100 cals) yogurt (54 cals) - 406.08
    s - prawn cocktail crisps :o - 186 cals
    t - veg soup (178 cals) 2 slices wholemeal toast (192 cals) m!lkyway (98 cals) - 468

Exercise - none due to feeling absolutely rubbish.

Total: 1456.08 cals

Oh my goodness, it needs to be better than this. I'm not feeling at all well today, but it's no excuse to eat like a horse. I hope that doesn't screw up my week now :(:(

Well, I think today went okay, but you never know. I'm now just waiting for that phone call to say whether I got the job or not. I'm expecting a no though, I think :( it'll be tomorrow or Wednesday when I find out now.
