Funny you should mention that.. bought Regina quilted loo rolls from Sainsbury's had more paper on roll than others. They were flying on the shelves but only saw them the once :( Not even a SEL for them now

Sainsburys' own loo roll are using a smaller loo roll tube to reduce the packaging. Some customers on FB aren't happy as it doesn't fit on their holder anymore.

Unless its changed since I was at school (in the '90s) I was told that companies didn't have to put weights on products if they were below 50g. Many still do but its not because they legally have to.

    Thank you that explains it.

Annoyingly means I can't prove they have shrunk!

My wife uses the empty tins as cake tins but last year the Heroes tin wasn't tall enough to take the cake she had made! Bit of a giveaway really, lol. Means the empty tins can't be recycled as cake tins so end up being scrapped :( . Not very eco in this day and age.

Noticed not long ago the ASDA brand frozen pizza's have decreased in size alot since they used to be, not sure if anyone else has noticed?

They have shrunk and have less toppings on, yet again "same price".

Morrisons 'Not From Concentrate' fruit juices have been repackaged in 900ml plastic bottles instead of the 1 litre cartons.
