What a con and waste of time! I clicked on the invitation link bang on 7:24am and the website crashed on the two occasions that I even managed to get to the checkout! After that I couldn't access the website. I will unsubscribe from the outnet out of protest and I suggest others do the same!0

I didnt sign up to this offer, as was on holiday but it reminds me of that very tiresome evening of the BOOTS sale!!!0

they were never going to be able to please everybody but this has been a massive PR disaster for them - they may have achieved their original aim (to capture email addresses for their database) but they have manage to annoy and upset their original fanbase of actual customers and give all those new subscribers a truly negative first impression of their company.
Well done to the handful of MSE-rs who managed to grab a bargain though0 -
I did manage to buy the dress I wanted for £1 (was supposidly originally nearly £800) but was extremely frustrated up until then! Let's hope it turns up!0

I agree, I am sure i read somewhere that they said it would be staggered throughout the day to give everyone a chance. What a load of **** :mad:0 -

I agree that this is a massive PR disaster for them! I wonder if the number of happy people outweighs all the unhappy people, i think not.
I was on from pretty much the moment it started give or take a couple of minutes and found it really frustrating. Nothing to indicate items were sold out until well after they were gone so lots of time wasted waiting for your item to load only to find out it was already gone. Got to checkout a couple of times and just got kicked out before i could complete.
Big fat waste of time and has really put me off using them again. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
It is so disappointing, i was really pathetic and was up at 6am, was on as soon as the email came in but as for most other people it just kept crashing, the link didn't even take me to the sale page which made me pretty confused! They must've known that they'd have a massive influx of people onto the website when the sale opened...i don't think they were well enough prepared. I think they should have released items throughout the day to give people a better chance, rather than put it all on at once!
In saying that i'm glad some MSE'ers got to grab some good bargins!0 -
What an absolute waste of time this was, I was up first thing and spent 3 hours trying to get onto the site!!! They shouldn't hype it up so much if they can't deal with that amount of people at once.0

i went on at 7.24 - managed to get in straight away but took two hours of refreshing. didn't move once even though i was starving and still in my pjs. managed to get a just cavalli dress after 9am, pretty much the only thing left in my size so very chuffed but was so close to giving up. i'm never lucky when it comes to this kind of thing so very thankful. sorry to everyone who didn't get anything, it's absolutely gutting.
went to primark and spent £3 on a dress to get over the stress of this morning!"I believe in manicures. I believe in overdressing. I believe in primping at leisure and wearing lipstick. I believe in pink. I believe happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe that tomorrow is another day and... I believe in miracles."
