I've been trying since 8am this morning, signed in several times, then it kept asking me to sign in again or would to go to an account overview page rather than the sale pages - AAAGGGHHHH! I only hoped for one item
and now it's all gone
GOOD LUCK EVERYONE! If helpful please thank me Won 5* holiday,£100,gym,BAFTA vip,£75,tan,soundbar,signed cookbook, tix, duplo, facewash,Bodyshop,Lindt,Prevage,Everiche, disney, dvd, supplements, perfume,Topshop makeup + other prizes

i only hope that they can do it in a more systematic way next time, like only allowing certain number of users at specific allocated time slot, thats more fair
i din get anything as well but i think thats really no point getting upset0 -
I was charged £388.27 for a bag. It said on the all the advertising that all designer items are £1. So I panicked and went ahead with the purchase stupidly! I managed to speak to an agent before the closed the phone lines. She told me that they have had this problem all morning and that I had done the right thing to go buy the bag. She took my details and then we got cut off! When I called back they now say it's only selected items are £1. Very misleading! When I clicked on the sale link I expect to be taken to the sale, not a treasure hunt! There were no sale links at all! I have emailed them asking them to honour the £1 price. I will keep you posted when the respond.0

I can't see them honoring it to be honest. If they are too sly to say that only selected items will be £1, I can't see them giving away a £400 for next to nothing.0 -
That happened to me but thought twice about it as it wasnt the same website I had been thrown out of at least 50 this morning.0

Sorry I meant a £300 top in the £1 sale. They do returns but you have to ring DHL and book through them and they won't refund shipping unless it's faulty or they made an error. Thanks MSE!!0

Me neither, but i'm so angry it made me feel a bit better firing off a snotty email! They need to work on their advertising!0 -
