Well done on you guys on starting the DMP.
Anyone else having problems with Citibank? All my creditors confirmed my debt with Payplan early last week except Citi who still haven't, which is a pain as Payplan can't make offers until they are all confirmed. They changed my account a couple of weeks ago to another party, this may explain I suppose.
Just wondered if anyone has had communications problems with them? PP.LBM Jan 2010. DFD 2016.

Anyone heard of Cap Quest? I got a message on my landline today and I got home at 8 so it was too late to return the call. DCA by the sounds of things so either HSBC or MBNA (most likely) maybe have sold the debt over to them.
Thought it had been a bit quiet!
PS Teds - well done!Paddle number 22

Quite worrying as I am with Citi Finance is this the same company.
I did not realise that all creditors had to agree before monthly pro rata payments could be made is this the same for CCCS. Surely this is not the case.
Can someone advise please.

Don't worry I think it's a Payplan thing.
In any event I am still making my first payment on 1st May and Payplan will still then forward it to my creditors. (Despite not making official offers)
The DMP process goes: Creditors have to acknowledge the debt and it's amount then Payplan make them the offer then hopefully they all accept (which most do), then you make monthly payments, etc, etc.LBM Jan 2010. DFD 2016.

Payplan do it officially, but basically take your total debt and divide it by the amount you pay each month and that gives you the total number of months you have to pay (assuming all interest is stopped of course).
ie, £30,000 debt, DMP payments of £500 a month; 30,000 / 500 = 60 months to DFD.LBM Jan 2010. DFD 2016.

Morning All
I think I read on another thread that Citi had sold all of their UK accounts to another company (can't remember the names), OH has one, had a letter saying its being sold but no address etc dtails, just have to keep an eye on it and also watch out that this months payment doesn't go adrift.
Off to the wild North for a couple of days working, so will catch up Wed night, take care all hope no one has any nasty encounters.More than Two Years in

Is he going to get a company car or are you providing the car? Do you get an allowance for it from the company??
its quite complicated and gives me a headache every year when I have to do my tax return...........
He has to use our car and as far as I'm aware they don't give an allowance - I thought that was why they pay 45p a mile instead of 40p like at his old work. Where's that damned confused smiley when you need it!
Will they deduct the tax when they repay his expenses or will he have to do a tax return for them??Paddle #8 DFW Nerd #12840
